I wanted to give this review a month ago but it’s been a rough time for me and my family.
February 16th I had started my day off normal, I mean I had breakfast with my husband we made a Target run for one item and ended up buying $93 worth of stuff(cause target gets us every time), at the time i was 30 weeks pregnant and doing some nesting setting her room up washing her clothes ect.
My mother called me in tears, my papa had been in the hospital for a couple of days and we all thought he was getting better but he had taken a turn for the worst, she told me “you need to get here ASAP, it’s not looking good”. Right away my husband booked me a ticket as I was on the phone to fly home to Houston( I live in New Jersey 😫), inpacked my bag drove to philly and hopped on a plane, I had a layover in Dallas/Ft. Worth and it was close to 10pm( honestly I can’t remember) I saw there was a chick fil a, cause I hadn’t eaten since noon that day, I walked over but it looked like they were closing/or preparing to close, I asked if they were still open and one of the ladies signaled they were indeed closed, as I walked away the same lady came running after me and she said “ma’am I have some chicken nuggets left if you would like that and some lemonade”, I was to the point I’d eat anything! And I said “ whatever you have, I’m fine with!” I grabbed my wallet prepared to pay her and she told me not to worry about it. I then begin crying and and tell the ladies at the front my situation and how blessed I felt by their kindness, they really went above and beyond to make sure this prego lady was fed and comforted during a very sad /scared time. Unfortunately my papa was called to heaven 2 days later and I’m still going through the motions of his death. But I just wanted to thank the sweet ladies you were so sweet to me that night, y’all were a true...
Read moreThe food is always fantastic at CFA, I never expect less nor have I experienced less. The service is usually extra wonderful too, unfortunately, Today, one employee decided to go against the Chick-Fil-A norm and she was not only not kind but she made me feel highly unwelcome and unvalued as a customer. It all started when I found an empty table but it was extremely dirty as the previous customers left ketchup all over thr table and here were no other tables available. I was looking around for napkins to clean it up and realized there were no napkins but I did spot an employee next to the garbage station. Her name is XXXX (if a manager contacts me I will gladly provide her name) according to her name tag. I smiled at her and asked if she could clean the table, she turned her back to me and never responded so i asked again but she didnt turn sround. Then my husband walked up and I told him I needed the table cleaned so he asked her a 3rd time. She slowly walked over with a cleaning wipe and as she was cleaning the table she started saying stuff in Spanish. I heard some of it but not all and I told her it was rude for her to talk to me in Spanish when I was talking to her in English so she did start speaking English but mumbling so I could not hear her as she slowly cleaned the table. I thought all was done but then as we were eating our meal, she took a seat on the bar and faced me and sat there staring at me for at least 15 minutes. It was extremely disconcerting. All I asked her to do was clean the table. If the supplies were obvious and available, I would have gladly cleaned my own table. I have never experienced anything like this at a CFA and I hope I...
Read moreI eat at Chick-Fil-A 3-5 times a week, and a very loyal customer. I live in the DFW Area, but travel extensively throughout the US. Chick-Fil-A is one of the most consistent premium businesses I visit, inside and outside the restaurant industry. The DFW Terminal C location is consistently inconsistent with my Chick-Fil-A experiences. After deciding not to submit a low score review for this location on many occasions, I did today. This location was out of hash browns, bottle water, and napkins this morning. They are usually out of something in each visit, and many times it is not what I have requested, but just my observations of the other customer's frustration around me. It appears the airport may provide the staffing and training for this location, as it is very inconsistent with the employee-customer experience provided in all other locations I visit. As a 30 year sales, marketing, service employee of premium consumer brands I would recommend this location be closed until it can be reopened with the consistent experience you provide throughout the US. It is unfortunate I would make this comment, as I would greatly reduce my options in the DFW airport, where I pass thru 100+ times per year. Please accept this as honest constructive feedback from a frequent Chick-Fil-A guest genuinely concerned with your...
