7-Eleven — Local services in Grapevine

6/23/25 It was my last day in Texas and i decided to visit this 7-Eleven store in Terminal C and i was amazed on the customer service response, they had majority of snacks, chips, sodas, coffee and other. My concern if they had a fountain machine because you don’t see any images anywhere on google maps showing a fountain. I manage to find the fountain machine and 98% of the drinks are Coca Cola products. However there is one Mountain Dew Flavor inside the fountain machine called Mountain Dew Pitch Black and i was excited to see that they had this flavor so i managed to get some and fill up to take back with me to Jacksonville FL! I gotta say i was super happy they had my Mountain Dew and look forward that they keep it in the future while they bring their new exclusive Mountain Dew Infinite Swirl.

10/10 Great excellent customer service 9/10 Store...

The supervisor/manager (Hispanic guy) working today is completely incompetent and irrational with zero decision making skills. I came in for a soda and an additional glass of ice and when they charged me full price for the soda, I mentioned my app coupon. He responded they do not honor the app coupon and had their own coupon in store. However, my soda was one size larger than their store coupon. Instead of honoring the transaction, the incompetent idiot actually let me leave the product on the counter and walk away, ultimately costing the store money in the end because now, everything gets thrown in the trash. Is this really someone who should be in a position requiring decision...

This place rocks! They have all kinds of fresh, hot and cold food. My picture of the chicken sandwich lacks presentation but the quality was good! I went and got another one. Chick-fil-A is close and six nuggets are $11. Yes, tou read that right. McDonald's 10 nuggets are $10.50. My TWO chicken sandwiches were $4 each! This place has 7-11 prices, not airport prices and they're very nice there too....
