Brother. I’ve not written a review ever for any restaurant good or bad but I have to tell you this story because of how comically terrible this salad was.

So we sit down after an 8 and a half hour flight for a quick bite before our connecting flight to our final destination. The restaurant looked fun, had a nice atmosphere and welcoming staff. We order the guac and get some chips and salsa. The chips had a vomit-adjacent aftertaste and the guac had a bunch of brown spots but that’s not the main attraction of this story.

I order a salad because I’m not too hungry and my gf gets a tortilla soup. She gets the $20 soup luke-warm with a plastic spoon and I get this monstrous chicken salad. The grilled chicken was somehow both bone dry and ice cold, and there was no dressing on the leaves. Either that, or they just spritzed it with a spray bottle as it slid across the hot plate. In any case, I try to eat this salad and keep biting on tendon and fat as I wash it down with the scantily dressed salad. I end up abandoning the poor leaves and go for an avocado slice. It’s so hard I can hardly puncture it with my fork. At this point a bug starts buzzing around our meal and my gf and I are laughing at the experience because this salad is so terrible. I eat 1/8th of the salad and tap out.

That being said, it’s a Mexican restaurant and I probably should’ve gotten tacos. Perhaps an enchilada. In any case, the staff was very polite, the kitchen smelled good and I can only assume the other food that was not salad related in any way may still be good.

Simultaneously the worst salad I’ve ever had, and the funniest...

First off, airports are terrible so this is taking that into account. Second, the servers\bartenders were really friendly and attentive overall, so no complaints there. 3 stars is mainly to give folks some off menu tips-- 1, the menu doesn't list a regular house margarita. They list a bunch of different specialty margs, ranging from about $15-20. But there IS a house margarita. It's only $12 ish, comes in a pint glass, so you get about a third more than an $18+ "grande" special marg, and frankly it tastes better.

Food wise, the menu is pretty spare on details, but if, like me, you gravitate towards burritos, just know: the burrito is a good option for takeaway. It's wrapped pretty well, isn't too sloppy, travels alright. However if you dine in, it's served on a paper plate with no sides, no sauce or salsa, no condiments, chips, or garnish of any kind. For $15, you're better off ordering almost anything else, especially a fajita platter or something like that, which has meat and veggies, beans and rice, individual tortillas, and salsas, etc.

It's possible both my suggestions are based on optical illusions or something, but at the end of the day the feeling of the dining experience if you order a grande margarita and a burrito is that you're paying way too much for what you're getting. By airport restaurant standards it felt more disappointing than usual. Then again, maybe I should have asked one of the wait staff for their suggestions, because they were the highlight of...

It's clear someone in the kitchen has checked out and DGAF about their job. Multiple issues here. Food alergies beware. Above all else both of our meals had jalapeños in them that were not declared on the menu. My wife and I have GI conditions and we still haven't recovered from the few bites we took. EVEN IF that wasn't the case, my eggs were dry and completely unseasoned, my bacon was burnt and crumbling. Along with having jalapeño the potatoes, they may as well have been served in a bowl of oil SO SOGGY. The oil should coat the pan not be served with them like a bowl of cereal.. It took almost 30 minutes to come out and you wanted nearly 20$ for that plate!? It should at least resemble something worth half as much. My wife's breakfast tacos were so bad shes chosen not to add to this for lack of having some choice words, you wanted $15 for those. I asked for the meals to be remade without jalapeños, the option was not available because all the potatoes are premade with them. My exact words to the manager that came to explain this were "even if this didnt have jalapeños I wouldn't pay you 5$ for this meal it was so horrible" I think the worst part was the look on her face, SHE KNEW the food coming out of that kitchen was trash and couldn't even argue the point.

Fire whoever was working kitchen Monday morning 10/13/25. The only saving grace here was the manager comped our meals which is exactly what she...

Came here as I had a layover at the airport and wanted to grab some lunch before my next flight. Cesar, the server was top notch 👌 He was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Food prices are pricey but thats too be expected in an airport. Loved that they still brought menus and serve you vs the typical push for QR ordering and poor service. They seem to be popular for their drinks although I didnt indulge this time. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and it was great. They must season the tortilla cause it stood out from your typical greasy quesadillas. If youre in terminal A definitely stop, it's better than most the other options.

I have mixed feelings. I ate at this restaurant twice, once going to the United States, and once returning back home. The first time it was incredible. The food was delicious and the service impeccable on the return trip, the food was mediocre, the wine taste, spoiled, and the service was not the best. I don’t know why the shrimp in the Coronado had bacon on it the first time and only onions on the second time. I don’t know why the white wine was delicious the first time and tasted spoiled the second time. It may have been me, but I won’t give them another chance.

This is a self service restaurant so all you have to do is step up and order what you like and then find a place to sit. It’s fast and efficient. They even have a host/hostess helping customers. It’s real easy to find in terminal C and close to restrooms. The menu is not huge but adequate. Prices are high but tell me what isn’t today. The food is incredibly tasty and full of flavor. I especially enjoyed the chicken hard shell taco. The staff is very friendly and adds to the experience.
