One of the managers here is extremely rude. My friend accidentally knocked over a shot glass that they for some reason had stacked on top of a rickety box on the top shelf of a display area, and the manager came over and said “don’t touch that, don’t bother touching that” in a really rude way, sounding overly annoyed. She walked away after ordering one of the employees to clean it up, while mumbling something under her breath and another employee said she’s always like that. I’m not comfortable shopping in a store that has an unnecessarily grumpy manager who apparently is just as rude to her employees as her customers. Just want to give a shout out to Jaime! I haven’t been out to the mall since the pandemic started so my anxiety was already through the roof. But Jaime made the whole experience great.
