very disappointed at the service!!! 2 weeks ago I visited this boutique and I purchased a few outfits that summed up to almost $300, as I was walking out I noticed another outfit that I liked so I went back and made another transaction to pay for it, when I tried it on at home I didn’t like the way it looked on me so I took it back! unfortunately I couldn’t find the receipt for it so the cashier was brave enough to accuse me of just putting it in my bag and walk out of the store! I was shocked… I had my friend who was there when I purchased the items with me, even though it was so humiliating, I was glad I had a witness! I even asked them if I could call my bank and get the statement of the transaction and her response was that since my phone number didn’t show on the other receipt it didn’t matter! finally when I was getting ready to call police and report their accusations she went back and reviewed their copies of receipts from previous day and found 2 receipts with my card number on them! this is definitely not how you treat your customers! investigate before you accuse someone of something this bad! I will never go back to this store and I know none of my friends...

Tonight December 4, I had a disapponting experience at this store. The customer service was far from welcoming. The staff seemed to assume the worst of me, giving me judgmental looks and acting as if I might steal something, which was both offensive and unnecessary. Additionally, their behavior felt discriminatory, making me feel very uncomfortable throughout my visit. Good customer service should make all customers feel valued and respected, regardless of who the are. Unfortunately, this was not the case here. I hope management takes action to address these issues, as no one should have to deal with...

Terrible customer service and not the friendliest older ladies working there. On Friday 11/ 29, about 4pm, the old lady that was “greeting” at the door did not have a happy look on her face. She did not greet me or make me feel welcomed, she just looked at me up and down without saying a word. To add - I was the only young girl who walked in at the time so maybe I looked like I wasn’t going to spend money? Or maybe it was what I was wearing? Who knows. The old lady that was at the register was also not friendly what so over and wasn’t welcoming either. 2 very stuck up ladies and not a good look...
