UPDATE 10/12/16: There are new managers in place at this Taco Bell. Though today I was left shortermd on 2 burritos, I called and management was amazing! Not only did they make and give to me what they left out of my order they also compensated me for my having to drive back for my food that was left out of my order. They were very pleasant to talk to about the situation with a great attitude! My review has definitely taken a turn towards the more positive! Thank Tim & Kim! 5 stars to the both of you today! Almost forgot, they're burritos are the size they should be. They've stepped it up. Much much appreciation! You've gained my trust back!
06/28/2021 review change Reason I am downgrading my review of this Taco Bell location from what I've written below previously raving about it is because over the last few months this Taco Bell location has stiffed people on portions. I used to rave about this Taco Bell not having this issue, but the last several times I've been here I've ended up with 4" burritos half empty and tasting more tortilla than the beans or cheese inside. This Taco Bell location is really getting worse. I won't go there nearly as much, or at all again unless this changes. If I want to eat a tortilla with nothing in it, I'll buy a pack from Safeway.
I've been going to this Taco Bell for years. Not only do you get burritos that are sized portions & how they should be, the service is also pretty good. They may try & skimp you on hot sauce, but if you ask for a few more they typically do you right. Read moreJust had a terrible experience at this Taco Bell. I went and ordered a taco party pack through the drive through. When she asked if what was on the screen, all I could read was "taco 12 pack" due to the glare on the screen. When I get to the window, I realize the order was for a taco 'variety' pack. No big deal, I thought. I'll ask if there's anyway to change it and if not, that's alright. First thing she says is, "you said variety pack" I did not, but I wasn't about to start an argument about something so small. Then I ask politely if there's any way to change that and she says yes. So I'm there thinking everything is good in the world and I can hear her start yelling to the kitchen people.
"I need an order change! I'm dead serious! This is why we ask if everything is right on the screen!"
She starts rudely trash talking about me to her co-workers while I'm sitting in my car within hearing distance with the drive through window open.
I was in disbelief. I didn't yell at her. I didn't kick her dog. I didn't do anything to her except ask if I could do that. I was polite because that's what you do when you're working. I worked retail for years, so I know how hard it can be to deal with people and their requests, which is why I asked if it was at all possible to fix. I drove off after that. I didn't pay. I didn't get my food.

Read moreThis rating of the Taco Bell is in regard to the level of service during the Covid 19 quarentine. Only the drive through window is open to customers. The lobby and seating areas may not be occupied by the public. Tonight was my second or third time thru the drive thru in the last few weeks. As I approached their parking lot, I observed what I thought was kind of a long line. I was dreading the wait. Once I was actually in line, I saw that there were six cars ahead of me. There were probably another five or six cars in line to get their food. I was in the order line. Much to my surprise, the order line moved along at a pretty good clip. Once it was my turn to order, the order taker was pleasant, took my order and got it right the first time, and had the food order totaled right away. By the time I was approaching the pick up window I could see that there were only two cars ahead of me. That meant the staff were getting orders out very quickly. When I looked into the food production and cashier areas I saw a surprising number of employees cranking out the food.
