3/1/2023 Update: I've been going to this Jack n The Box for yrs with never one issue until tonight. It has turned my positive feedback on the place into an extremely negative one. The drive-thru lady was incredibly rude. I asked for the 15 mini tacos & was rudely told it is 13 tacos not 15. I said well your menu says 15. She said, "Well we haven't changed it so it's 13 not 15". I then said well that's false advertisement out here maybe should change it. I was then rudely told, "Well it's on the commercials so it's 13 tacos". I was then told they were not going to serve me & told to leave the drive thru all because I Nicely questioned the menu & inquired about 15 mini tacos. I recorded the incident. At the window, I was told it was illegal to record. I said no it's not, I am in a public area the law states I may record & you are being very unprofessional & you're customer service is very poor. All i did was want 15 mini tacos which the menu read was 15 & I am told they wouldn't serve me all because I questioned it. At that point I didn't want to order from them. That kind of negative attitude who knows what they do to the food now as well. Also when I asked to speak to the manager, the lady says, "you don't have to my manager is right here listening"... Very unprofessional night crew here. So everyone, be careful not to question their false advertising menu at the drive thru, you may also be hit with a rude attitude & being told to leave. I have it recorded. I was simply asking & I was not rude. They immaturely waved me buy but at the window. I can only sit here scratching my head as to how people are allowed to manage with personalities like this. Places must really be hurting for good employees to hire people like this. Oh well, I got better food anyways. No sweat off my back. Won't be going to Jack n the Box again anytime soon. Not when they have poor help.

Read moreHad a HORRIBLE experience last night, came in ordered over 20$ worth of food. They only gave me 4 tacos not my order which no big deal tried calling to see if I could get my money back I live 30 minutes away and wasted money and gas. The “shift leader” was very rude when I called. A simple “let’s fix this problem for you” would have been great. But no she was highly unprofessional, said it’s not that serious order mess ups happen which yes they do but give me money back and say how your going to fix the issue don’t try to down play it your a manager. Do your job. But no she chose to be condescending call me babe and if I’m going to be angry she will just hang up. She then hung up on me 3 different times. A “manager” then I spoke to a very kind gentleman named Anthony who was very professional and said he understood my frustration handled the situation like a MANAGER should! Meanwhile she is screaming in the back at him “hang up you’re not a shift leader” excuse me? He’s the only one willing to be professional and handle a situation with respect like a manager should. It’s so crazy she is a shift leader thinking it’s okay to yell and cuss at customers and employees. Do better. Anthony is great and I hope he gets a raise he’s professional and knows what he is doing. Shelby a manager called me this morning and was also very respectful how a manager should be and took care of the situation for me. Anthony and Shelby both deserve praise for their professionalism and I hope the “shift leader” working last night (who refused to tell me her name) never gets a job in costumer service again horrible attitude. This particular Jack has never let me down. However I feel for the Mom's working overnight, next to a cold drive-thru window, with obvious outdated accomodations. The food is consistent to Jack in the Box standards across the board. Since all food (quality) has gone down hill with most fast food restaurants, and restaurants/food (costs) in general with a weak $USD. I appreciate those dedicated hard workers for tasking out a job few of us can actually handle in the real world. As far as cleanliness and quality of the food that's available to the restaurant itself? I would say they are winning as best as the circumstances would allow.
I typically order breakfast sandwich meals, flagship or standard Big Burger meals and deserts, milk shakes so you have an idea on what "norm" my general review is based...
