My wife and I recently visited the ladies side of JCPenney’s and were deeply disappointed by the unprofessional and discriminatory behavior of the female staff members. Their actions were not only rude but also sexist, judgmental, and indicative of a disturbing level of profiling.

Rather than providing a welcoming and inclusive shopping experience, the staff members made my wife feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Their comments about her appearance were not only hurtful but also completely inappropriate.

I’ve been shopping at this store for years. I shop there quite frequently, once a week. I do like the merchandise, and the great sales and coupons. There are some professional, helpful, and friendly staff at this store with an inviting, warm demeanor, which I am always glad to see when I go in, more like a sigh of relief actually, to know that the nice people are working that day. Because there are also staff at this store that are unprofessional, uninviting, cold, intimidating, rude, bullying, and aggressive, it’s as if they are on a power trip. horrible customer service here. I lost a bag almost a month ago and called about it and they didn't help me at all! that bag had a lot of stuff in it. my rosary, my 3DS charger, my wallet, my house keys, a coin someone had given me as a gift. AND my migraine medications. they said they'd looked for it but given how quickly they came back to the phone they were clearly lying to me. the wallet in question holds a lot of sentimental value as it was from my late grandmother and therefore is irreplaceable along with the rosary and the coin. I also lost my library card due to this. plus the stuff they sell is cheap and very junky. my watch broke within a day of purchase and now it's useless due to the buckle being what broke. worst experience I've...
