Five Below — Local services in Grass Valley

Have been here many times previously and have had zero problems except for when i went in yesterday and there were different employees. Me and my partner enjoy looking at everything in the store and I have spent hundreds here because I love their variety of items but we were being followed around by the employees which is understandable and I do not have a problem with. I personally work in retail but I have never yelled at customers to “Stop that immediately” when we were just looking at incense. She told me that she saw me putting things in my bag. She ended up calling the police on us while we were checking out and I offered the police to look through my bag and pockets and they found nothing. The officers apologized for the confusion but told us we were banned even though we did nothing wrong. Mind you me and my partner are only 17 and rightfully have payed for everything we've gotten from that store. I came in after work to purchase a gift card for a late Christmas gift. Knowing they closed at 9 I was rushing, when I arrived at the door it was 8:57 and the door was locked.
