The owners are extremely friendly and nice, also very knowledgeable about their products. You can sample pretty much anything in the store and they do monthly pairings that are fun to try. Truly a hidden gem in GV. This is the only oil I use. They have some many different types and styles. The olive oil I get makes my food taste delicious and it great to cook with as well.
