Used to love this place with all my heart. Now I can't step foot inside.

Last time I tried to shop there, I took three steps inside before being cornered by an older woman. I am disabled, with a service dog and a doctor's note and cannot wear a mask for multiple reasons. This woman came at me aggressively, backed me up to the door, and demanded I leave or put on a mask. When I tried to show my doctor's note, the woman told me to get out now, in those words. I asked if they accommodate the disabled, and her response was to laugh and, in her exact words: "No, we don't do that here. Get out." I have never been discriminated against and disrespected like that before and it was shocking. I wish I could report...

Grass Valley Games sent me here when looking for a GIANT Jenga a couple months back when I had family in town. Are they the cheapest? That’s not their goal, but the price was comparable to the online giants when I checked afterwards, and my family would’ve been gone before the arrival. This game has given us so much joy! The staff at the store were incredible and they have a wonderful selection of everything! Amazing care and customer service! I ordered a holiday snow globe that was out of stock at most stores. Not only did they ship it out immediately, when I opened my invoice there was a crisp new $10 bill. Written on the invoice was a hand written note: "we got a great discount on shipping so we are giving you the difference". I am across the country in GA so not sure how often I can do business with Foothill Mercantile but they will be my first go to - in this day and age this kind of honest and generous service wins...
