Hard to rate. It's really interesting as an old building, but isn't the most comfortable as a venue. Its 'oldness' added to the atmosphere of the play performed there, but the folding chairs were uncomfortable by the end. Lots of walking challenges, sloping floors, stairs, poor lighting.
