What an extremely poor representation of this area and Westport Village. I visited the shop today and was not approached by any of the 3 shop personnel. I watched and listened as I browsed the shop, they gossiped and were caddy. "just watch, I bet the next time we see her, she'll be..." I don't want to be more specific as I wouldn't want whomever they were speaking of to realize they were, it was not kind. 2 other (potential) customers were assisted while I circled the store twice with not one of them approaching me or gesturing from afar to see if I needed assistance. I will say, the other two customers in the shop at the time were dressed well, I was in joggers and a t-shirt. I am visiting from out-of-state to help my daughter (and husband along with their 3 yr old), she has had a tough, bedrest kind of pregnancy and finally delivered a healthy baby Saturday. They are well and I continue to help them, but that means sometimes you leave the house just the way you are with only an hour to find an outfit for a bridal shower back home next month and pick-up take-out. There was one dress that I was interested in, but didn't have the energy to even approach them for a fitting room. My daughter and I visited this store for the first time a couple of days ago and we will not return. We were just out exploring new areas and stores and while all of the boutiques in this shopping center were great, this one was not! Granted we were casually dressed in athleisure wear and messy buns, but that shouldn't matter. The employees at this store are very rude, judgmental and just unkind. We were not greeted upon entering nor the entire time we were there. I did find a pair of cute earrings I wanted to purchase and went to the counter with them. It took some time for the employee to come to the counter and wait on us. We were the only ones in the store at the time. She never spoke to us even during checkout. While I was checking out, someone else came in the store and the employee greeted her with kindness and told her to let her know if she could be of help. This person was very dressed up with jewels, dress clothes and perfect hair and makeup. I agree with all of the the poor reviews here and was not surprised to read the ones like mine. This boutique has some of the cutest, unique clothes in Louisville! It is so beyond disappointing and just straight up confusing why the workers/owners are always so rude!! They make you feel so unwelcome every single time.. like nothing I’ve ever experienced. It is almost comica, like they don’t want business and are bothered by people walking in! I still shop there because I don’t really think you need great customer service to buy clothes…. but the whole vibe just feels so uncomfortable when you’re in there! Truly a shame because of how much cute stuff they have! Looking at their reviews now.. looks like so many people have had similar experiences, so you would think they would make changes!
