Went to this location on a Saturday, it didn't seem to terribly busy so we figured it was gonna be a good time like we've had at other locations. We asked to sit outside, they sat us and there was only a couple tables with guests seated, so not busy at all. After 15 minutes of not being seen by a server and seeing 2 servers wall past 3 different times I walked inside and spoke with the host and what turned out to be the manager(both very very polite) and explained i still have yet to have a server come to my families table. Without hesitation the manager said it would be taken care of and apologized and walked off. We'll After another 15 minutes of not being seen, 2 more families were seated and immediately served and waited on, we decided that was it. We decided to leave and I spoke with the manager yet again, she did seemed suprised when I told her that we still haven't been seen. Although polite staff(the 2 we delt with) it's apparent that the manager has issues doing her job and with making sure her employees are doing their job. Adding on to that I want to point out that one couple was waited on by 2 different servers, the first server took their order while we waited and the second server walked past us, spoke with them and was confused as to why they had been served already and then proceeded to walk past us again. Very disappointed, but it worked out because we went to the Highland location and we were treated like family even by servers who weren't serving us, they acknowledged not only my wife and I but took the time to visit and socialize with my daughters which I respected very much. Will never visit this location again, not because of food but...
Read moreIt’s difficult to write this review, as this restaurant has been a longtime favorite of ours. Over the years, it’s been a go-to spot for our family, and we’ve always appreciated the quality of the food and the welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, our recent visits have left us disappointed.
There appears to have been a noticeable shift in both the experience and the level of service. On multiple occasions, the restaurant has been nearly empty, which is a stark contrast to the lively environment we once enjoyed. More concerning, however, has been the decline in service. We’ve consistently found ourselves needing to flag down staff for basic requests, and the attentiveness that once defined the experience seems to be missing. Each time our family has come to the restaurant it feels as if we are placed in the back and quite frankly “forgotten about.” This was reinforced as we recently left the restaurant and the waitress was sitting in the front booth with her friends (no wonder service was subpar)!
That said, the pizza remains a highlight—it’s still as delicious as ever, and it’s the one element that continues to meet expectations. Sadly, it’s not enough to outweigh the overall decline in the dining experience.
We truly hope to see this place return to form, but for now, we’ve decided to take a break from...
Read moreMy fiancé and I showed up, upon entry we were asked if we had masks, which we’re vaccinated so, no. We were asked to put on masks, ok, no big deal. The 4 teenage girls at the front had zero understanding of what was going on with seating. They said it would be a 20 minute wait which isn’t a big deal either. A older couple had already been waiting, when they called the group of 4 that walked in with us. They then then called us, to which the older couple asked how they had been waiting while FOUR tables had been called while they were waiting. I was going to offer our table but the wife left and the husband had a very short conversation with the hostess. We stood there for a few minutes while the hostesses all looked at each other while a door dash driver came in and they immediately focused on why he didn’t have a mask. My fiancé said this is going very badly and we decided to to leave. When I said we were going to go leave they finally remembered we were standing there and said they would seat us. They lost 2 tables in the course of a few minutes because of the lack...
