As a frequent customer of wild eggs I can honestly say their customer service is one of the best in town. This establishment has character in its variety of food and charismatic employees. They are always catering to their customers specifications and are never hesitant to correct their mistakes. This buisness is honest with their customers. Today I experienced what is by far the best customer service from any buisness I have encountered . After placeing my order, I enjoyed fresh coffee and conversation with my table. As we continued our conversation we notice our food was taking longer then expected. Customers around us were recieving their food and paying the bill as we sat with only our coffee. Not long after we had noticed our lack of breakfast the manager aproached us and told us the kitchen had lost our ticket. He proceded to tell us that our waitress had put our orders in correctly, but some how the kitchen had lost the order and they had not prepared our meal. He apologised and said that he wanted to be honest with us and admit to their mistake. The kitchen fired up our breakfast and it was on the table within 10 minutes. Being able to provide quality in all aspects of a business is important and wild eggs on Herr Ln does just that. Quality food, quality sevice, quality people and quality all around expience. I highly recomend this place to anyone who values the quality of their dining experience. It is no secret they have a reputation for being busy, but the experience makes it...
Read more2:30pm stopped for a bite to eat. It felt like the host was emitting attitude and we felt like we were being hurried. Our server came to our table and the first words out of her mouth were, "I JUST want to make you aware that we close at 3:00 o'clock." "Well okay", I thought. "What a first impression!"
The good thing was that the entire restaurant staff was SO FOCUSED on leaving this place that we received our food in Olympic record times.
The bad thing was we felt obligated to scarf our overpriced food down like a hungry wolf to match their goal of work freedom.
We ordered an omelet a sandwich and one drink and payed roughly 50.00.
The mushroom omelet delivered the full panel of garlic flavor with delicate mushrooms and mild goat cheese. It was delicious. And a bright spot was that the food was not oversalted. So we were able to salt to taste. The BLT sourbread sandwich was very bready and bland but okay. Our Bourbon cranberry lemonade drink was delightful. Most likely this will be our last choice of places to eat...
Read moreSince my last review 5yrs ago Wild Eggs has changed and now owned by a corporation. The only breakfast item I'm able to eat having celiac disease is the Gf Pancakes. French toast not safe ( they use the same egg wash as they do for gluten, grits are not Gf and basically it's really hard to determine if the company even cares about allergies anymore or offering safe gluten free items. They are sconcerned about building their brand, menu and branching out that they have lost sight of offering safe food for the Gf menu. Today, I ordered Gf pancakes from the Wesport location. Pancakes were burnt and dry. I just couldn't eat them. I left up my review from 5yrs ago below to see how this restaurant has changed . Be careful if you have a gluten allergy. Great place, clean and friendly staff. They have a gluten free menu and are Celiac friendly. I love the gluten free pancakes. Fluffy and moist. Grits are gluten free and they are delicious too. Many other gluten free dishes that are just as yummy...
