I live right around the corner from this location and have eaten here frequently countless times over the years. As a matter of fact, I have probably eaten at Qdoba a few hundred times over the last 15-20 years. I've never been a person to write reviews but I have to make an exception because the food quality and service has plummeted over the last few months. There have been several times in the last couple of months where this location was closed during (what should have been) normal business hours. Additionally, the dining room is usually dirty anymore. Today, I went in and ordered a quesadilla and a bowl. There was no organization in in the making of the food or ringing my order up. It wasn't even busy. One person started making my food and then walked away. A second person took over but they were out of fajita vegetables. That second person asked a third person to ring me up. That third person got halfway through ringing me up and then they walked off and started helping to prepare food for the people behind me. Thus, a fourth person walked up to the cash register and began to start ringing me up from the beginning until I told them that the other person already started that..so they completed what the third person started. However, in the process, the fourth person broke a fingernail and was more interested in complaining to her coworkers about this, rather than ringing me up. I was getting this food to go and they were out of lids for the bowl so they used aluminum foil instead. I asked for two sets of utensils but they only gave me one. Then, I got home and the rice was undercooked. I usually give a fair amount of wiggle room for error but today was just too much to look past. I'm not looking for anything. I'm not wanting a free meal for my troubles. I am just asking that you please look into why things have declined so...
Read moreWe have frequented this location for many years and the past two times we have gone has been frustrating at best. No clear process on ordering. Not fluid at all. Not sure who to speak to and one persons starts and walks away and then the others are looking clueless. The first time recently I went they were out of cauliflower rice and out of kid drinks. The second time visiting tonight there were not busy and had four people working and same process on ordering, it was a hot mess and no clear or fluid process. Again no cauliflower rice. Everything on the line was low. I started to really question the quality of food be cause it was so dirty and many items looked dry. I ordered queso three times from every person and no one made it and finally the cashier made it and I noticed when they stirred it was clumpy almost like the cheese had gone bad. They were out of lids and covered them with aluminum foil amd the staff kept asking me which plates were mine, but they are all covered so I don’t know which ones are mine. Then they asked me if I wanted to make my kids meal a meal to get a drink. She shared they did not have juice boxes but did have soda fountain. When I went to make a drink they were out of every possible drink except coke and Diet Coke and root beer. No sprite, no HiC and many others were out. Then we we got to eat our food, my husband commented that the queso did not look good and it was ice cold. Gross! And they forgot my kids rice. So not only did not we not get what we wanted to order, but what we did and order had items missing and cold clumpy queso. Please address these issues. I know finding workers is a tough and top priority for all businesses right now, but you had staff. That was bit the issue. The issue is I do not feel like your staff is properly trained and need a crash course on...
Read moreWent here today after placing a mobile order. I should have known I was in for trouble, as they had recently gotten a “C” from their Health inspection. I’ve never seen a score that low. Arrived 10 minutes after my order was to be done according to app. No mobile orders were done, there were 2 other women waiting for theirs and a line of about 5 people. One woman was on the line putting orders together, A man was cooking in the back, and another employee was just aimlessly walking around I guess waiting to ring up customers. I placed a mobile order because I was short on time. I noticed the print out of mobile orders was hanging off the machine, at least 10 of them still there. I’m sure mine was in there, because that’s where the manager went when I asked for a refund. Eventually I waited in the line and told the girl making orders I wanted a refund. She immediately copped an attitude with something about her manager. I just gave her a thumbs up and said, do whatever you need to do, I just want my money back. Manager comes out, starts making orders. Never acknowledged me. I eventually walked over to her and asked if she was the manager and if she could get my refund. I wasn’t rude, just direct. I don’t have time to wait another 10-15 min. I gave her my name and she got my ticket, set it down, put on gloves, and started making orders again. I stood there another 20 minutes and was ignored. I left. Called my spouse to vent. He called and spoke with the manager, “Derri”. same one I dealt with. She refunded him over the phone in about 2 min. I guess I should have called her while I was in line waiting for her to give me my money back. Done with qdoba. Went back to office, ordered chipotle for delivery, had it in 30 min. Was delicious. Never again with Qdoba. They need to shut...
