The Comfy Cow — Restaurant in Graymoor-Devondale

7/16/2019 we walked in Kailey greeted us. Went to order it was a girl long brown hair. Didn't get her name no name tag. She was fixing another order never once acknowledge my kid/I. Even though she scooped ice cream. We just stood there and waited. Kailey went to the back came back out and served us.

Another older guy came in. This girl greeted him even stated " I gave you extra ice cream I thought you were nice ". This girl take it upon herself to reach in front out of me. Grabbing the paper towels never once saying excuse me. Seeing that I'm standing to pay for our ice cream.

Kailey was really nice , Customer Service 5 stars !!

As far as No Name Girl since she had no name tag. Put her in the back !!! I'm trying not to feel/think she treated us this way cause were African American. We have been to this Comfy Cow location a number of times without this type of treatment. I know she seen my kid/I both times. No Name Girl just RUDE !

I have been a regular customer at this establishment for the past year now and I’ve always been highly impressed with the ice cream, prompt, friendly service, and warm and cozy atmosphere. However, as of late, this has changed drastically. The ice cream becoming the only good thing left. The new staff is preoccupied and almost act as if waiting on their customers is a bother to them, their phones being their top priority. The selection of ice cream has reduced significantly and at times, they have only had a handful to choose from. The warm and cozy atmosphere has been replaced with uninviting and cold. I’m not sure what has happened but I truly hope that this will be resolved soon before you loose a lot of customers. My husband and I visited the Westport Village Comfy Cow on March 3, 2020 around 7pm. About one minute after arriving while looking at the flavors, the power went out in the shop and several surrounding blocks. The staff members were incredibly professional, apologizing for the inconvenience to the customers already seated. The staff also gave us free regular scoops, as "not getting ice cream would ruin our day and we don't want that for anyone." My husband got his beloved bourbon ball ice cream and I thoroughly enjoyed the chocolate honey brittle. I wish it were a regular flavor. The staff did ask all patrons to leave about five minutes later due to safety concerns, as the outage seemed to be widespread. Through everything they were the epitome of professionalism.
