I had a very inappropriate and discriminatory experience at this location yesterday. An older lady was working at the fitting rooms and told me to put all my items on the fitting room rack so that she can count them. While I was trying on clothes, I overheard the lady talking to another woman, who WAS NOT asked to put her clothes on the rack. I finished trying on the clothes and asked where to put them and she gave me attitude and told me to put them back on the rack so the she can recount to make sure that they were all there and continued to give me attitude when I told her that I found two of the items without hangers. I spoke to one of my colleagues about it. And not surprised the same thing happened to her around Christmas time. Horrible employees super rude!! Will never go back! Weird to me that in a place where its supposed to be rich people and a lot of tourist and its garbage of a place. Lenox is way better employees are super nice and helpful and when cashing out its always a great experience. However here it is not they refuse to check for prices if there's no tag and they treat you like you dog poop and they just stepped on you lol I refuse to be treated like that by people who work in a clothing store for 15 an hour lol place is a joke and I tell all the tourist at my job do not go there go to lenox!!! Overall, a very decent store. Good selection, friendly staff, and very good prices. However, at checkout, I find it very bothersome how incessantly the cashier will harass you to sign up for whatever credit card/rewards program they promote. It happens so often that I wouldn't be surprised if the management is in some way or another forcing their workers to do this.
