How they gonna tell ppl to call when they have there phones off the hooks?!? I've been trying to call them since 1:00pm today Friday the 19th and I know damn good n well they haven't been talking to someone this damn long for it be a busy tone,,,, Very very unhappy with them I've went there in person and had my payments stopped that day a friggin month ago and have already had to call them 2 diff times because I never received my refund that I should of had 3 weeks ago and I have to keep my card locked all the times now because they keep trying to take out the money for something I told them to go get because I'm not paying for something I'm not using or around anymore so IM A VERY PISSED OF PERSON WHO WILL NEVER SEND ANYONE THERE WAY OR EVER GO TO AARONS FOR ANY REASON ......BAD BAD BAD BUSINESS IN MY OPINION,better off going to a threft store...

The manager,Chad,is extremely rude. When he and I had a disagreement over an account that wasn't even mine I asked for his supervisors name and how to contact them,he refused to give me that information. Basically telling me that any phone number he gave me would automatically come back to him. I know he must have a district manager and I know from his attitude he must have had complaints against him in the past and doesn't want anymore passed up the chain to them. Even though the problem was resolved his actions still need to be addressed and I will find out who is over him so...
