Seed of Life | Great Falls Dispensary — Local services in Great Falls

I deleted my original review to update based on customer service. I stand by the excellent weed they have available, it is still by far the best high level quality product.

However, the training of staff is inconsistent. At first, I was told that I could bring in a glass container by the owner due to changes in the legislation.

The next visit, there was still confusion regarding what was acceptable, but my information was taken so that way everyone involved could get clarification. Later that week, I was told that as long as the sticker is on a bag, and that bag is in an exit bag, then you have met the legal requirement. There are no exclusions on small glass jars being the innermost container.

Next, two visits went smoothly. With one Budtender even commenting about my jar.

On this most recent visit, my Budtender, Bryce, told me that I couldn't use the jar. When I offered an explanation, he simply told me that he was trained that way and has been doing this for years. He then dumped the weed into the large bag after I asked him to put it in the jar, and put it in the exit bag. He was disrespectful, and, so blatantly in front of other staff and customers that it makes me question how many other times has Bryce been rude and condescending to other customers.

I heard about Seed of Life opening in Great Falls, and had been to the one in Havre, so I was excited to learn our local store was opening this Saturday, 9/21/2024.

The store is bright and colorful. Displays are fully stocked with a nice variety of products, papers, and peripherals. I think you can find everything you're looking for in this one place.

The staff is amazing and Matt was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. These budtenders make you feel like you're the only customer in the room, and I like that, no rushing. I had every question answered, and was given suggestions on new products to try.

The strains I was able to see and smell were top notched! I went home with some SOL (Seed of Life) gummies, caramels, strawberry rock candy, a DIME live resin vape pen, and some Good Good pre-rolls, in the Sasquatch Bait varietal- all quite lovely and effective.

I will returning to this dispensary, quite often, as it has the best products I've tried, in this area. The paper on the caramels needs looking at as it sticks to the caramels and leaves little pieces attached, but other than that, I have a new favorite dispensary.
