Very upset with KFC Great Falls, well clarify the evening staff. I love the way it looks in establishment and the owner and his manager I believe are very good people. It his workers at night that are very disrespectful and not polite at all, when they are not there. A few weeks back I was handed food on night shift and the popcorn chicken was hard as a rock and the pop was not pop we ordered. I was home when we noticed and I have little ones and was not going back. the supervisor said he'd make the meal up. I went there last night, my daughter went in and the cashier was like "you really have to do this now". "We are busy". She works fast food and was like what yes I have to do it now, we are hungry for dinner now. The rude attitude was uncalled for. I'm not going to come on there time, I go when it's time to eat. how uncomfortable, I think I'm going to stop in and talk to the manager at lunch. he needs to know first hand because I don't know how often they get to read reviews. Posting it is to show how when the cats away the mice will play, because they show no respect when the owner or managers are not there, they don't pay attention to the customer or check to make sure everything is correct, but the manners last night was wrong, the food was correct, daughter filled pops and food was cooked good but manners was out of line. I've worked customer service my whole life and yes people upset me, or I'm having a bad day but the kicker is I don't let that customer or customers know. I am polite to them no matters what. they are not going home with me, I'm dealing with them all of 5 minutes at most of my day. So they don't need to know how I feel. they can not effect how I feel the rest of the day and I can not ruin their day if mine is bad. I have to take pride in what I do and I'm being paid to take care of people. so I need to earn my money. The younger generation just doesn't see it. Read moreThis might be the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I order my food online and go pick it up, I get home start taking my food out and notice my Mac and cheese wasn’t there but instead mashed potatoes, kinda annoyed but not a huge deal I take out my tenders look for my sauce and NONE of them were there. Then the kicker is im eating and I asked my girlfriend for a biscuit and ITS NOT THERE. So I call in and the rude employee doesn’t say sorry no remorse just asked what my name was and what I was missing I tell her and she’s like we can replace what’s missing if I come in before closing. WHAT. So I can leave my food and let it get cold and drive all the way back just so they can finish my order. No compensation nothing. But I do it anyways and when I get there not a single employee had any clue about the messed up order, so they then make us explain it again and then wait for them to make up the food. My girlfriend then explains and gets pissed about the lack of care and professionalism. They proceed to tell us we’re not getting compensation of any kind and then FORGOT OUR SAUCES AGAIN. We tell him he forgot the sauce and HE PUTS THE WRONG ONES IN THE BAG. Not to mention the manager was the one who refused compensation or to even come out and apologize. No care no professionalism and the food does not nearly make up for how terrible and awful every single one of these employees were. Read moreAbsolutely terrible service. I cannot stress enough what a disappointment this place has become. A few months ago I was across the street and came in to get something to drink. No one approach the counter to help me and the fountain area was disgusting, so I left. The other day I took my grandkids in to get some food after school. There were two employees sitting at a table. A large man walks by says it'll be a minute and keeps going. There is a kid leaning against the counter by the drive-thru window. He sees me but doesn't say or do anything. There's a woman behind the wall of equipment. After waiting a while the kid at the drive-thru window says it'll be a minute turns around goes back to his window. At this point the kid is still at the window, the woman is still standing behind the equipment and the three other males all disappeared to the back somewhere. After a few more minutes the kid comes back and takes my order. There was not a single customer in the building and not a car in through the drive-thru. We sat at the only clean table. The place was filthy. Still waiting for our food five teenagers come in. They too are treated the same way, but, they were smart and left after 5 minutes...
