I will NEVER walk foot in here ever again! Don’t ever go here EVERRRRRRRRR! If I could give zero stars I would! First off most of the reviews if not all the reviews on here are fake… I say fake because the only reason people even made a review was because they were offering a free vape at the time if you did. A vape that has been pulled from the market and no longer available. A vape that would work for two days but hey they were free for a fake review.. even with them being defective, who is going to say no. They were giving them away for free as long as you left them a 5 star review you’ll receive the free vape as a “thank you” for leaving the review so they could how the guy said “get more people in the store” as this is a new location for them, they own a liqour store as well off 23rd ave. They were gonna throw them out anyways because they were all defective vapes but decided to use them as a marketing tool to create foot traffic in thier new business. To be eligible for the free vape You had to make the review at the counter where they had a QR code printed off the register that lead you here… exactly where I am leaving this HONEST review as the majority of the reviews on here are a front.

All They are about is a quick buck and do not actually care about the customer or their experience at ALL. I would NEVER ever & will not ever recommend this shop to anyone again! I have sent countless customers from MY business over there more times that I could ever count. I was so caught up in being a nice person that I overlooked how crooked they actually are here. Ugh I am so mad writing this. Even the worst smoke shop I’ve been into treated me better than they did today. ESPECIALLY as a loyal customer. I am so glad my eyes have been opened to what scams and crooks they actually are. I WAS in this smoke shop almost EVERYDAY a very very VERY LOYAL customer to this business and the way they treated me today Is beyond my imagination. I will never recommend this small business to anyone ever again!!!!!!! If you’ve been here before please be warned before buying from them or going back & if you haven’t been here please do not ever go here. Do not waste your money or your time. Such a scam of a business, they do not strive off of customer experience or customer satisfaction they base their business solely on a quick dollar.

Before I explain what happened these are the names the guy gave me so they could be real or fake names of the individuals. Only being the employee (Sunil) and the other the owner (Gauirav).

I have always treated Sunil who is there working 98% of the time with the upmost respect always referred people to go when he’s there the whole nine. I want to reiterate the fact that I am in this shop almost EVERYDAY so I did not even have a second thought that they would not make this right for me. Before I say exactly what happened I want to make it very clear that no where in this shop does it say that refunds or exchanges are only valid for 7 days or 30 days nor does it say ANYTHING on the receipt like that either.

Spent thousands of dollars here with my girlfriend and every time we had a broken vape they would make it really hard to exchange even though we tested it in front of them. they only exchanged because they knew we where great customers and they wanted to keep us happy. Had to switch back over to wild side smoke. They might be more expensive but at least the offer returns in the first 48 hours. Shop owners can easily return the bad vapes and get reimbursed so it really made me mad when they would have to call the main “boss” to authorize our exchange 🤦🏽‍♂️ and everyone In these reviews know we got offered cheap/free vapes to post positive reviews....
