I have been tempted to pick up smoking cigarettes again lately due to a recent family emergency. I heard about Vaping after trying an e cigarette (not so good) I decided to give it a shot. I met the owner of the establishment and he is so friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Very passionate about giving folks a healthier alternative to smoking. He showed me a few different types of products and I decided to go with his recommendation. He told me all about the e juices and how they work. Next we opened up my purchase and set it up and let 'er rip! It was awesome, he showed me how to use it, demonstrated for me...helped me with a little learning curve and made sure I liked the juice that I bought. He is a young business owner and I support local businesses. This is located in West Greeley which is awesome as it is close to where we live. I had the best experience here and 100% recommend this place to anyone new or old to smoking. Also, has a beautiful selection of flower pipes, many made by local glass blowers. Super awesome...

Changing my review. I came here yesterday to get a new battery for my cart. I was sold a faulty cookies battery. I came back to try and possibly exchange the battery for a new one and was told that even though the battery does not work, I would not be able to exchange it due to owner policy. I would only get 20% off my next purchase. I was not told this in advance to purchasing the battery. Had I, known this I would’ve went somewhere that had a guarantee that I would be getting a product that actually worked. A waste of money and time. DO NOT COME HERE! Go elsewhere where they actually keep working...

Gabby is awesome! They always point me in the right direction when it comes to flavors, are professional, and kind. The store is always clean and orderly.

Some suggestions I have for the new owners:

Add another POS; you’re in a customer experience based market and it’s hella awkward wanting to have a conversation with an employee but there’s other customers behind me wanting to check out and leave. Hard to foster a relationship with a customer when you feel rushed.

A store called “Funky Land” is NOT where I want to go...
