The Bricktop Grill — Restaurant in Greeley

Usually, when it comes to restaurants, quality and good does not equal cheap. But in this case it was the opposite. The owner greeted us, took our orders and prepared everything.

For a Burger, Drink, and Chips, I paid less than what I would at McDonald's for fake bread and a patty made from recycled cardboard.

I'm a big fan of other local burger joints in the area but this place really surprised me. Cheaper, faster and higher quality than other places. I'm honestly surprised I don't see more traffic at this place because from what I have experienced, this place should be a local staple.

This guy grills a banging burger, and the buns are legit. Guy Fieri would give the owner a fist bump.

A great new place to eat in Greeley. We had pizzas and a burger to share, with the sweet potato tots and chips and queso. The homemade salsa was some of the best I've had in a long time, and the queso was good, too. The burger was good - tasty and messy. The pizzas were very good - awesome crust and fresh ingredients. I'll skip the tots next time. The owners are friendly and service is great. They've got great specials, too.

The restaurant is small and parking is limited, but they work FAST, so consider takeout if you get there and it's busy. I am...

I'd love to tell you how the food is but I've ordered from them multiple times during their business hours, only to find that they're closed. It wouldn't be a big deal but ordering through 3rd party apps means waiting a few days for the refund.

Update to address the owner's reply: This is absolutely a real review, as you can verify through NoCo Nosh. It seems you have a problem keeping your hours updated with your community partners, so they're still taking orders when you close unexpectedly. Don't blame your customers for your poor...
