This shop is very good.

They have great products and they install right there. This is nice because if there was a problem they are one stop shopping.

I've been coming here for years because they came so highly recommended by some friends who had a really nice stereo system in their car.

If you go, ask for David or Josh the manager. They are very cool guys. They always remember what it's like to be a customer and when I have concerns they are cool enough to give me the low down on deals. It feels like I'm their cousin and they are giving me the inside scoop. They probably treat everyone great but I certainly felt like a vip and I only bought a simple dvd player. You know how you always hear of a Spanish speaking friend who "has a guy" for tires or for electronics, etc?...well these guys are "my guys" for a great car stereo and equipment.

The location is really good too, right there on 10th Street by the police station kind of.

Don't go anywhere else. I can't speak for all quality auto sounds but this place is super cool. If you go to best buy you get some geek kid who sells you some crap that best buy wants to move off the shelf.

Quality auto sound in Greeley is not like that, they ask you what you're looking for and then match you with what works best. Case in point, they had much better units to sell me but they asked about my life and learned I had kids and suggested a unit that was more robust and it was. There was one minor issue and I brought it in and they taught me how to get past it without any pressure to buy a better unit or rip me off in a warranty.

I come all the way from longmont to go to this place, that's how awesome Josh the manager is.

Anyway the place is great, go and see for yourself. And no, I don't work there, just really really...

The Greeley location of Quality Auto Sound has done work for me on a number of projects and consistently provided great customer service. I've worked with Josh on multiple occasions with very good results. Most recently, Josh and his team of technicians replaced my factory head-unit with the latest Kenwood model. It was a complex install that included steering wheel controls, a hands-free phone system, satellite radio, and a back-up camera. They handled everything easily and with a lot of attention to details and to aesthetics. They also communicated very effectively throughout the process, and hit their time and price estimates.

Although an expensive upgrade, it was a nice way to incorporate all of the latest technology without taking the even more expensive path of buying a new vehicle.

It's worth checking these guys out ...

UPDATE July 2025: I had Josh and team repeat this process on my newest truck, adding in a Kenwood floating screen head unit. As always, they did an absolutely fantastic job on a very complex install. I would only recommend coming here if you want to waste your time.The guys in there provide terrible customer service. Constantly having to return to be told it’s your fault that your fob doesn’t work for your auto start system. Assuming you washed it or pressed on the fob too much, anything but their product or install is the problem. Took a car to Car Toys to get the same system in another car we own and never once had issues. The product is 3 years old and within weeks I started returning due the system failure. Either security alarm would go off just by closing the door, or having to unplug the alarm system to get it to stop ringing even with the car unlocked, broke my rear view mirror adjuster, would leave wires hanging every time they take apart the car. Provided videos and photos of product failure but still couldnt find the problem. Venting my frustration to my coworker, she asked where it was purchased, after telling her she had the same problem.
