It isn't the store I'm unhappy with, it's the company. They advertise one thing. Then say it's only if you spend more on this or that. In my opinion, it's false advertising. I won't do business with liars & I believe that's exactly what they are. I spent countless hours for three months on the phone with at least 25 different people in customer service. I'd request a supervisor who would tell me, on numerous occasions, I made a legitimate complaint & I would get my "free" phone. I was told, "not to worry", they would take care of it & call me again the next day. I never received a single call or the phone they advertised as free. Besides, their internet gives apx 56kbps download in rural areas if & when it works. That isn't enough to open a web page, let alone stream a movie. They say it's being fixed but never is. After I posted this review the manager, Pedro, called me and in retaliation for sending this bad review refused to follow through with my phone return. I called t-mobile customer support and complained about his actions. They are sending me a receipt for the returned phone and will follow up on my complaint about the managers behavior.
