The property is run down. There's a lot of homeless people to the point where the police department decided to put it by a 24 hour monitoring camera system in the parking lot. There's a lot of people who like to speed through the parking lot in not pay attention and will pretty much hit you if you're not paying attention. Overall, not very good...

Enjoy seeing the people and their beautiful furry animals.... The only thing that worries me is I got a friend living there and I wish the other residents wouldn't smoke inside or invite tons of people into the building to stay there for long periods of time... My friend gets scared cause sometimes they are...

Went to buy groceries. Stock better than some. They are so far from Safeway in aisle room and cleanliness. You really can't compare. Also some fresh vegetables and better stocked. Employees are much more helpful and friendly. Sorry King Soopers you're on a...
