An absolute nightmare working with the sites on military Avenue!!! I even waited a month to write a review so I could cool down. What started with an insurance claim repair turned into Broadway throwing parts at my AC in my Jeep Cherokee. Their mechanics are a complete joke and so is any office staff. I had to bring it back 3 times and was left without a vehicle for multiple weeks total, and when I did have my ride I went all summer without a working AC. Nothing but excuses from staff, not to mention I dealt with at least 5 different people on multiple occasions. Communication to the customer was completely broken. I don't know how they function as a business. My insurance adjuster finally jacked them up and got things in order. I'm a fairly patient person, I dealt with their incompetence for weeks on end, I would have been somewhat satisfied with a heartfelt apology. maybe a gas card for making me drive there multiple occasions because they kept throwing parts at my ride. Anything would have shown some compassion, NOPE, All I got was more excuses and a terrible explanation of their terrible processes.I will never do business with Broadway again in any fashion and will ntell my story to everyone I know.    Read moreTook my brand new vehicle here after it was damaged. When I went to pick it up the first time, there were to large paint runs around a panel gap. One of the windows was removed to paint, and had been reused and put back on. They fixed those issues. Now I’ve picked up the vehicle for the second time, and upon looking over the car again I’ve found additional problems. Places of paint overspray, places that were sanded and not finished, and the back bumper covered in swirl marks. Don’t go here.
Edit: Don't put this on the insurance company. This is due to cutting corners and laziness by whomever worked on my vehicle. The insurance adjuster didn't have the paint gun in their hand, or replace the window, buff the bumper, or inspect it the second time to see if it was completed correctly. Your shop is a preferred partner with my insurance. I know your service manager has tried reaching out to me, I don't care.    Read moreTyler and Kayla did an absolutely FANTASTIC job coordinating the needed body & mechanical repairs with their Body shop and Service department for my 2006 Ford Explorer. The vehicle sustained damage on Dec 24 from sliding off a county road into a ditch during whiteout conditions. There was a lot of front end and mechanical damage and I thought our insurance company would total it due to its age & mileage, but Tyler & Kayla worked with our ins company to have all repair costs covered. The repairs were completed much sooner than originally expected which was amazing considering how much work the Collision & Service centers get. Our Explorer looks & drives great! I've had many good experiences with Broadway's Service center and this is now our 2nd good experience with the Collision center. Broadway needs to double Tyler's & Kayla's salaries because they work hard & efficiently to make sure their customers & their customers' vehicles are well taken care of. I highly recommend Broadway Collision Center and won't take our Fords anywhere else. ...
