Fiesta Latina Restaurant Bar — Restaurant in Green Bay

Currently on a mission to find the best chips and salsa, lime margarita and steak taco, which are being graded on a scale of 1-5. When my child is with they grade the chicken tacos. This is the 18 stop on our taco tour.

Chips and salsa - Chips were overcooked, thick and no salt. The salsa had a unique flavor, almost fishy 🤷🏻‍♂️ - 1

Lime Margarita on the rocks - better than the last place. - 3

Steak Taco: Flavor: 2 Fullness: 10 😳 Appearance: 5

The amount of meat that came in these tacos is insane! I took a picture after I finished my taco to show how much more meat there was. The meat, was unfortunately hit or miss on flavor and some pieces were pretty dry. There was no fatty or gristly pieces

Chicken Taco: Flavor: 3 Fullness: 10 Appearance: 5

The meat wasn’t very warm and had cold cheese. Homemade tortilla that was good.

Service - 5 - We were the only ones in the restaurant.

The restaurant has only been open for a few weeks and it is clear they put a lot of money into this place. We would want to come back and give them another try once they get things figured out.

The main and most concerning issue is that when I went up to pay, the woman working the register wrote “27” on her hand for what I had to pay. This wasn’t correct. I asked for a copy of my receipt twice before she coughed one up. My total was $20.03. They tried to overcharge me by a third of my bill.

Food was okay. 3/5 stars. I got the Torta Hawaiana, and while most of the sandwich was good, the brown meat (beef, I think?) was too tough, mealy, and tasted bland. Like it had been refrozen and reheated a dozen times. Rest of the sandwich was good, though.

Customer service gets a 2/5. The demeanor was off as soon as I walked in. It’s like I was unwelcome there. The waitress/cashier kept a cold face and a neutral tone, except for one forced smile.

Atmosphere was actually pretty nice. 4.5/5 Clean restaurant, nice decor, only downside was too-loud Mexican music.

If I could give no stars I absolutely would! Our favorite real authentic restaurant was closed this day for lunch so on our lunch break from work we thought we would try something new. I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service and absolutely disgusting food!! The chips were fried in old used oil that tasted absolutely burned and oily. A burrito from Taco Bell would have tasted better. There was absolutely no flavor at all. My burrito didn’t have sauce on top so i couldn’t even cut through the hard tortilla.
