This is the worst pharmacy I've ever used. If it were possible, I would rate negative stars.
I no longer receive any calls when my meds are ready for pick up. When I call, the automated system says I have something ready, but when I talk to a person because something about the prescription is wrong, I'm told that nothing is ready. I've been out of at least one medication for months now, and another one for about a week. The one that just ran out was the one the system told me was ready, but the pharmacist told me was not ready.
I keep getting calls from their corporate office asking if I want to sign up for some service where they prepare all my meds to be picked up in one stop, and I finally relented and agreed. Since then, I have received no information about any of my medications, and they even reduced my 90 day supply to 30 days with no explanation from them or my insurance.
Despite having used this pharmacy for years, and having the same insurance for the last two, I am told they don't have my information in the system. I recently checked to see if they still offered free COVID tests, and the website claims this is the case if you have insurance. I was not even asked for my insurance card. I was charged $20, dragged into the grimy back hall by their bathrooms, told to do the test myself, then asked if I knew about the at home tests anyways.
If you need medications that help to regulate some severe illnesses, DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY.

They are rude, completely incompetent, and show little to no professionalism. It's clear that there's a significant communication breakdown among the team members, which results in a chaotic and frustrating experience for customers.
Management's inability to lead effectively and maintain basic communication standards is astonishing. Their lack of coordination leaves customers waiting unnecessarily and dealing with repeated mistakes. I have never encountered such poor service at a store before.

I had a high fever all week btw. And you ask youself why the rates are going up.
