Firstly, I would like to say I have been using Walgreens pharmacy for over 10 years.
On 1/30/2020 I was picking up a prescription at the drive through, simple right? No! I was advised that there was a charge, which there should be no charge because it’s covered by my insurance.
I was then advised by the pharmacist that he was going to call it in to see what the issue was and call me when it was resolved. Never happened after 2 hours! As a result, I had to call them! I was advised by their pharmacy customer service (typically not in the store) that my prescription was ready and they don’t see why I was told there was a charge🤷🏽♀️.
Finally, I go back up there to simply pick it up on the same day! Guess what! They couldn’t find my prescription that was at one point all ready to go. At this point I’m heated! I had to wait 10 min just to pick it up. While waiting I was asking a cashier for the pharmacist name to file a complaint, but was immediately stopped by an associate. She kept saying “miss miss we are looking for it” I said ok that’s fine. I continue to ask for his name and they would not provide it! She kept saying we are looking for it all while not looking for it but instead in my face yelling miss miss.. I just wanted his name! Go look for it I...

My wife and I got Covid and she was prescribed medication from her doctor. Her doctor told us it was ok to use the drive through at wal greens to get her script. So we did. At the drive through We were told not only were they refusing to sell us her script, they wouldn’t sell us mucinex either unless we came inside. We explain we had covid and didn’t want to come Inside. The pharmacist Patrick ( red headed guy) scolded us and informed us we were even allowed out of the house with Covid. When we asked how we were supposed to get our medication he told us to have someone else come inside and get it. We explained we didn’t have anyone else to get it. He refused throwing a hissy fit and told us to figure it out cause he wouldn’t sell us her script. When we argued with him and pointed out also the two different signs saying if we needed anything else such as mucinex to ask and they would gladly add it to our order. The store manager ended up coming back and helping us. She was very nice and put on gloves and could t have been more friendly. Mean while Patrick is giving flu shots. So touching other humans is ok? But can’t sell a sick human their scripts through the...
Read moreI went to pick up 3 prescriptions around noon to. 2 we're ready so I paid for them. I was told the other one would be ready in about 15 minutes. It is now almost 3 hours later and it still isn't ready. Have a miserable cold and ear infection. Called and was told they will call me when it's ready. Does a manager ever look at these reviews and address the issues?fast forward...called the automated system around 4:00. RX not ready yet. Asked for pharmacist, the person who answered told me RX not ready. I got a pharmacist on the phone. He said it was ready and just had to be put in a bag!!! So the woman who said it wasn't ready new it just had to be put in a bag. Do these employees have no empathy whatsoever? It sure seems like they have no understanding for anyone and just like to keep customers waiting. If a manager reads these you seriously need to address this. I know help is hard to find but geez.I will be addressing this with a...
