The atmosphere was welcoming and our overall experience was amazing!!! Christina was friendly and knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions we had and answered questions we had not thought of asking but were glad she informed us about. When working in any profession that requires you to work with people being kind and welcoming seems kind of obvious but with Christina it was clear to me that this wasn’t just part of her job, she is a genuinely kind person that cares and wants to make sure the customer that is coming in is happy with their jewelry. We got permanent bracelets and she was knowledgeable, she didn’t rush us, she didn’t try to push us to get other jewelry, what we wanted we got. She made sure we were comfortable with how it fit on our wrists , I can’t emphasize enough how this was such an enjoyable experience for us because Christina was so kind and she never rushed us or hurried us along. She made us feel like we were valued customers as much as the person spending thousands on jewelry.
