Food used to be good, always what I had come to expect from KFC, however in past couple years, quality of food and service has declined to the point of not even going there anymore, food is obviously reheated from day or days before, they never have the full menu available, they are always "all out" of something, so you can never be sure if you can get what you want. Most restaurants will offer to make it, but there will be a wait, they dont even offer that. Service is terrible, employees clearly take no pride in the food nor the restaurant itself, they are very rude, and unresponsive when asked questions, when I called to let them know of issues with my order they did nothing to resolve the problem, and I mean literally nothing. The next time i went there, nothing had changed. My wife, Son, and I all love KFC. Even after the first incident we even gave them the benefit of the doubt when we found a blonde hair fried into the breading of the chicken, nobody in our household has blonde or light hair. There were many more incidents after that, we had hoped things would change for the better, instead they got worse to the point that we no longer go there, customer service is everything and there is never enough staff, and the little staff they do have obviously don't understand the concept of customer service, it has become apparent that we are not the only ones who feel this way, as there is rarely anybody ever there to eat. Read moreVisited this location 8/10/16 after leaving the Oneida St. Location unhappy (waited 20 min.for food before asking for a refund), hoping we would have better luck. This was not the case! Waited for crew to finish talking before greeted. Then waited for quite some time. While waiting for food the guy who took our order kept pacing back and forth messing with his hair (big no no in food industry ), drinking soda in front of us, and the guy who I'm assuming was training him was telling him that at night you can sneak chicken in the back to eat. After waiting for about 10 min. someone finally worked on making our order (we were the only ones when we ordered). When our food came up, we were informed they didn't have cookies which came with our meal, and asked if they could give us extra biscuits (which we purchased on the side and price on sign did not match register) they gave us one even though we were supposed to have 2 cookies. We finally received our meal....by this time we had waited at least 40 minutes with both locations considered. We get to table with our bagged? eat in order and no forks for our famous bowls. So back to the counter I go...sit another 5 minutes waiting to get forks. Looked at multiple times by same worker who gave me my food, knowing I wasnt waiting for food (hint need something). Read moreI'm not sure if this is a owner/management decision, but if it's not I wanted to make them aware. I have visited this location twice in the past 2 months around 8-9PM. The hours listed state the restaurant was open until 10PM on these two occasions. It seems as if the employees usually shut the Drive Thru menu lights off around 8PM and some of the store lights. It gives the appearance they are closed from street view. I have seen all of these lights working at earlier times in the day, so I know this is intentional. It also has taken around 45 seconds each occasion to be greeted at the drive thru. This could be understandable if they were assisting other customers, but on both occasions there was no other customer in line at the drive thru or in the store. I visited on 4/20/2017 around 8:30PM (10PM is listed closing time) and waited at the drive thru for about a minute without a response. I then pulled up to the window and waited for about a minute without any help. I then drove around the building to leave and saw the employees standing around the register on their phones. Another car drove up around that time and it appeared they dispersed to assist the new customer. I did not stay around long enough to verify this.
