WOW!!!! What can I say to thank Ellie who helped me from the first step of choosing tile for 3 bathrooms, a kitchen and the surround around my fireplace! From the minute I walked through the door I felt the stress leave…. The store is organized, bright and clean! Not like the other stores I have been to! Then I was greeted by Ellie who assured me she would help me! She made choosing the tile easy. She asked me a few questions and saw my vision. From the start of choosing everything, to having my builder call her when he had a question about installation…. Which she responded to him almost instantly! The prices are right too! Great place, great people who truly know what they are doing! Going with Tile Lab was the best decision we made! Classy place, classy people with the most modern to classic products! If you can’t find it there then it’s not available any where!!! Thank you Ellie...

From the moment I stepped in the store I was well taken care of. Having been to two tile stores previously (and getting nowhere fast), Lynn helped me find something straight away that fitted my criteria. And from there Ellie expanded upon my options and helped me find the exact tile I had in mind, guiding me along the process step by step, (without being pushy or trying to upsell me on anything!)

Thinking it would take months to order and install, Tile Lab exceeded my expectations and I had tile and installation within less than a week. A miracle, as I was about to go away for a month.

Installation was great and the team worked really hard to get it done in a day. Wow! So impressed. And it looks great! I’ll definitely be back for another project, and wouldn’t hesitate recommending...

Had a wonderful experience twice with Tile Lab! Used them once two years ago for a bathroom floor and they were so helpful with choosing the right tile. Then recently had to redo my primary shower after having several leak issues and am so happy with the results! Ellie the owner and designer, has been amazing, helping me to choose shower tiles that complement already existing tiles in the bathroom. The new shower looks amazing!! Went with large profile 24” x 48” - less grout lines to scrub! Looks chic and elegant. Porcelain tile is high quality tile made in Italy that the tile installers were very impressed with.
