The Owner Tamera Turner is a rude and ignorant. Haines owner!!!Contracted this company through our home warranty and the initial visit was fine the gentleman was funny and efficient. He needed to order parts and said they would contact us when they came and that is when it's all went down hill! Long story short, over a month went by and no one kept in contact. We tried calling and leaving voice messages and never received calls back. Our realtor ended up being called and sent invoices because Al's Appliance thought that was a solution instead of contacting the homeowners. When I emailed the lady, Tamera Turner, about this and told her what was going on, She basically ignored me and said I should talk to the realtor and get things right and if I'm not satisfied I should just go somewhere else and use another business. No help whatsoever! She never answered questions or tried to help when the entire thing was her business fault! I feel bad for her employees! If anyone needs appliance servicing, I recommend you look anywhere else but Al's Appliance in Green Valley. After repeated phone calls, some that ended with the receptionist hanging up on me, one that had the owner calling me a wacko (although she claimed she was directing that to her husband), we've gotten nowhere. Going over a week without a refrigerator in an Arizona summer is never fun. Asking us to wait for a second week is ridiculous. They could not follow basic directions or even present the most minimal courtesy. As a family who prefers to shop local, this was beyond disappointing. Just had a very positive experience with Al’s Appliances. My 3 year old GE dishwasher died. Really wanted to buy local but was hesitant with all the mixed reviews. Appliances can be hard to find right now but Al’s had the KitchenAid model I wanted in stock. They scheduled installation for a week out. Two days later Stephanie called and said because they were getting a backlog they were going to start Saturday delivery and could install mine the next day. I was ecstatic!
