I came to SportClips (jog/lantana corner) for my haircut at around 6:30 pm on June 2, 2025 (Wednesday). The stylist name was Paula who did my haircut. When I sit on the chair to start haircut she asked me some offensive questions for which I felt extremely offended, embarrassed and humiliated. She asked me several questions like: "Are you US citizen, or not? where did you came from? You have an accent, are you new to this country?" I replied her no, I'm US citizen and I am Indian origin, my family living in this country since over last 40 years and me too living here since many many years. What my point is that, She is not supposed to ask these type of questions like law & order authority with suspicion which made me feel very offensive with ugly disparate treatment. This is not her business. I don't think every citizen in USA is mandatory to look white or speak exactly in same white western accent. I think the manager should train people how to talk with clients and their limitations. I am a regular old client coming here since close to 8 years and I never been asked these type of...

If you think looking good is impossible, go see Liz at Sport Clips. She could make a crash test dummy walk out with confidence. Her personality is just as sharp as her scissors... somehow equal parts hilarious, encouraging, and just the right amount of bossy (the good kind, like when someone finally tells you to stop parting your hair like itās still 1999).
What blows my mind is that Liz isnāt just an amazing stylist... sheās also the GM of multiple Sport Clips. That means sheās out here running half the empire while still finding time to make average guys like me look like we could at least get picked third in gym class instead of last.
And let me be clear, the Sport Clips she manages directly? Easily my favorite. Coincidence? Nope. Itās the Liz effect. Sheās the kind of stylist who makes you laugh, makes you look good, and makes you forget you were ever nervous about getting a haircut.
Bottom line: Liz is the reason I actually look forward to getting a haircut. Trust me, sheāll turn your āmehā into āman,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreProbably the worst haircut Iāve had. Total haircut time was roughly 11mins and was nothing close to a real fade. One length all the way through and clipped the top in a hurry asking if I need anything elseā¦wow. Not to mention they charge you $10 more dollars to barely trim a beard line. No shaving cream no straight razor no hot towelā¦NADA..
No manger called me to say anything and had to trim my own hair after leaving and paying a total of $45.00! Had hairs twice the length in the back that wasnāt even cut and had to trim my own beard I was charged for that should have been done.
Had to dispute transaction with my bank as no manger or employee called to responded to this almost fraudulent charge. These people have no right to be cutting hair as they have no talent or real experience with people. Please never ever get your money taken from them for a haircut as you will be so unhappy and like in my case have to end up cutting your own hair after paying them to do a job they are clearly unqualified and...
