This store has really been going down hill within the last year. It has always been my go to store when I ever need anything for my house or when I have to dress for in event. Lately, people have been bringing in vicious barking dogs. When I come to the store with my service dog it makes me very upset and uneasy. One of these vicious little dogs even tried jumping out of their cart to bite my service dog. I went to the manager and told her about the ordeal and she said there was nothing she could do about it. I was very upset and I left. The last time I was there A wall fell down on an old woman and the store employees watched and let her sit on the ground with the wall on top of her until the ambulance showed up, she was holding her head crying the whole time. I went to buy some items and one was damaged so I didn’t buy it, when I got home I realized that they still had charged me for it, I called the store and they told me to come the following day and that they would refund me my money, I come in today and explain the situation to an assistant manager, he tells me I have to do all the line in order to get my refund, it takes me more than 30 mins in line to finally approach the cashiers, when a lady with a similar situation was passed by right in front of me without having to wait all the time in line that I had to. When I’m explaining to the cashier and the assistant manager that he was wrong for that, the lady that they pass in front of me, starts yelling inappropriate things at me, this was the worst customer service ever. I definitely won’t return...

It's a decent Homegoods in regards to selection and variety of product. However, the length of time you wait to check out negates any possibe savings. It's 2:20pm on a Tuesday afternoon and I've been waiting 30 minutes in line to check out. I'm only half way to cashier. Will have invested at least 50-60 minutes in line to checkout. This is my 3rd time experiencing issues like this at this store. Last time i had to leave the line as I had another appointment and I would have been late with a 40 minute checkout wait. I ended up wasting my time driving there and shopping there when I have to leave empty handed. Buyer beware of the investment of time to checkout.
