Eggs–Cetera Café — Restaurant in Florida

I went on Monday, May 10th, 2021 for brunch with a Great Friend of mine & it was my very 1st time being here! I love the location! I love the atmosphere! I love the service! I loved the food as well! The wonderful lady who led us to our table had such a wonderful & great personality & our beautiful server Barbara who took our order was beyond fantastic as well! Barbara was very sweet, attentive, offered great customer service, very helpful with my order as well, & even behind her mask I sensed her Great Beautiful High Vibrational Smile & her Big Loving Caring Heart! There were other staff members who were taking care of other customers even came by & asked us if we needed or wanted anything & that made my heart fill with so much love & joy even more! The young man that was working that day who was cleaning the tables day did a great job to make sure that every person that came in was well protected & also making things beautiful & presentable & he is a great associate as well! Everyone there was amazing & love Egg-Cetera Cafe so very much! I have never been to a place that had so much Great Aura about & around it like this place does! Honestly that was the Energy & Experience that I got from being here at this location from all the staff & surroundings! They greeted me in with Love & Care & when I left me with wanting to come back even after leaving by wishing me a wonderful day & thank me! This is the type of service that I love & I plan to keep coming back here! I did call this restaurant a couple hours later to give in great words to & about the Lovely Barbara & my experience & thank the person on the phone & to Thank everyone in all because I was very happy & my experience was on the highest level & it's even higher than being on Cloud 9, LOL!! But in all I am in love with Eggs-Cetera Cafe! Thank you Eggs-Cetera Cafe for all that you do & thank you for making my 1st visit & experience one of the best I have ever had & so excited to keep coming back more! I plan to tell more people about you & send more customers your way! In the times that we live in with the pandemic I want to keep extending all my Love, Gratitude, Appreciation, Blessings, Etc. & so much more to keep uplifting you loves as not everyone in the world is kind but I choose to be that person & always will be! So happy to be a customer & will be returning very soon! Ate at Eggscetera cafe today for the first time. I rarely eat breakfast at restaurants but did on this occasion. Originally, I was in the area to get a dozen donuts from Jupiter Donuts but they were sold out. So I decided to give this restaurant a shot. I was sat right away in a nice table outside on the patio. The menu is huge and features everything from freshly made fruit juices and milk shakes to omelettes, various pancakes, waffles , french toast , various Eggs Benedict variations, and much more including a lunch menu. I had to really think about what I wanted because everything sounded delicious. I ended up getting the Steak Benedict and Berry French Toast. The Steak Benedict was as delicious as it sounds. Tender steak, perfectly cooked poached eggs with a runny yolk and a perfect Hollandaise sauce I was very happy with my meal. The home fried potatoes were crispy and well seasoned and I am usually not a fan of potatoes. I absolutely loved the berry french toast... to say I am big french toast lover is an understatement. This had to be one of the best french toast I have had. Highly recommend both dishes I had to anyone who comes here especially if you love steak eggs and french toast. The portions are huge which is what I love. My waitress was super busy waiting on numerous tables but was very attentive and checked if I needed refills on my Coca Cola and was a great waitress. Gave her a good tip for her awesome service, I hope the other customers tipped her well as she worked hard from table to table. Overall my first experience was an awesome one and I will definitely be a repeat customer. I will even personally invite my family and friends here. 10 out of a 10.. perfect food perfect service and PERFECT price. I have always enjoyed this place in the past but today was very revealing , I showed up with my family of 4 about 10:30, when it comes to be seated I have patience but they called my number but then said they made a mistake which I was 30 minutes waiting , no biggy , so we waited another hour then noticed 4 families getting seated that showed up way after us so another 20 minutes we get seated , than Came the part that took 40 minutes waiting for food while watching other people get their food that ordered and arrives after , so the waitress kept saying two minutes, then she disappeared then finally we decided to leave after investing two hours of wait time for food that never came, then we noticed the food was on the cook counter ready to be served, as so as soon as the waitress saw that I saw it , “ I said “why not just tell us that the food is ready ?” She was so rude and flustered and says “leave then !!” Wow I was thinking maybe they knew we were waiting so long just to get a table , let alone the entire staff knew we were being ignored , which is weird my sister and my mom know three 4 ft size ladies that run the place , they didn’t give a dam , they were more relieved that we were leaving upset , no humility , no apologie , or maybe just “hey it’s ready , sorry for the wait “ in my business we make estimates and keep our word” not get rude when clients get ready to leave out of frustration.
