Firehouse Subs Lantana — Restaurant in Florida

This was my first time at a Firehouse Subs store. I asked for a large sub with no onions and cheese on one side only. I also added a soft drink and a bag of chips. After I filled my cup with coke and chose a bag of chips I went to the other end of the counter where people were picking up their orders. Several others people picked up their sandwiches, even people who placed their orders after me. I then realized I had not been given a receipt. I asked the cashier if she could print one out, but she said the computer wasn't letting her do one. I asked her if they would call my name when my order was ready and she said they would. By now at least fifteen minutes had gone by and they hadn't yet started on my sub. I asked if there was a problem and was told that they would be preparing mine soon. When they started on mine I glanced over the counter and saw they were putting onions on it. I told them I had asked for no onions. I also reminded them that I only wanted cheese on one half of the sub. Then I was told that the way they heated up the ingredients meant that the cheese would cover the whole sub. I then asked them to make my sub with no cheese. This meant they had to start over. By the time my sub was ready almost a half hour had gone by. And to make things worse the sub cost $20. Questions: if I couldn't have cheese on only one side of the sub, why didn't the cashier tell me this when I placed the order? And why were other customers who ordered after me getting their orders before they even started working on mine for the first time? This was the first and probably the last time I will go to...

I decided to pick up some dinner for my family while my daughter was at her orthodontist appointment just a few doors down. When I walked in there was no one waiting in line, nor anyone waiting for food. The cashier that took my order was rushing me, she was very rude and didn’t even look up. I only ordered a medium sub, a large sub, and 2 kids grilled cheese. She was rushing me when I was trying to pay and the card reader wasn’t reading my card, so I paid with Apple pay since I could tell she was getting annoyed. I thought maybe she was in a bad mood but then a father and daughter are behind me in the line and her attitude with them was night and day compared to her service with me. She was friendly, asked the kid what she wanted with her order. I felt discriminated against. 15 minutes go by and the other woman who was preparing orders said my order was ready so I got it, but my kids sandwiches were not ready. The lady who took my order apologized and said they would be ready in a few minutes and I could have a seat but I chose to stay at the counter. 5 minutes later , the woman who told me the food was ready originally asked the girl who took my order if the grilled cheese was ready yet, and she rushed them into a box at that moment and I was happy to finally leave. When I got home, to my children’s disappointment the grilled cheese sandwiches were burnt and they would not eat them, so I made them grilled cheese at home. To whom it may concern: Previously I've been at your store in Lantana fl. I always order the Italian combo. When I got home the sandwich was NOT! made right. I let it slide because I love the Italian sub. I went back yesterday 4/7/23 Placed my order as always again! paid, they gave me my cup went got my soda & bag of ships. Sat down, while I was waiting the lady behind the counter asked, what did you order? I got up and said! Italian.20 minutes later she said was ready Didn't think 🤔 nothing of it cuz no one was there, but I noticed she was doing the on line order's. When I got home SURPRISE! IT ROAST BEEF NOT ! ITALIAN. I've proceeded and called they put me on hold and no one came back to my call. It's ashame because is the only store in my area the others are so far away.
