I was referred to this hot pot by a friend so this was my first time here (we drove for 50 minutes to come) and I came in as a party of 2 an hour and a half before closing. When we sat down the lady didn’t explain hot pot to us and just asked us what broth and our drinks, not too concerning. What made me give two stars was towards the end of our experience when they brought us the check when we’d only been there for maybe 40 minutes (nowhere close to finish eating what was already on the table) and there was at least one more table still present. The only times anyone came to our table was regarding the bill, my broth hadn’t been refilled the entire time being there. The icing on top was when my boyfriend tipped $0 on the receipt (because I had cash) and the server picked it up from our table, opened it as she walked away and came back immediately to ask if their service was bad and handed the booklet back to my boyfriend to add a tip. As someone who works in the server business, I would NEVER ask a customer to tip me knowing it is based off of MY SERVICE and it is completely optional. With both the bad service and that very uncomfortable interaction, I ended up not tipping, which I feel horrible about, but I was not happy with feeling rushed or confronted in such an unprofessional manner. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the large variety of food. In conclusion not worth the $70 we spent on $40 food and...

Nice selection of meats, veggies, broths, noodles, dumplings, etc. Surprisingly, even though the majority of the meats and dumplings appeared to have been frozen, the flavors were better than some that we have tried (at a different spot) that weren't frozen They also had some surprising items like frog legs and chicken feet in addition to a variety of items available to cook that I wasn't familiar with. Their presentation made it easy to try things that I may not have tried under different circumstances. I was pleasantly surprised with the new items I decided to try. I also liked that there wasn't a conveyor belt, and I didn't have to wait for my favorite vegetables and noodles to pass by. All of their items are laid out next to each other, neatly separated by categories. Overall, it was a nice experience and a different twist of your "typical" night out for dinner. I would recommend giving it a try. If you have room, the vanilla ice cream was super creamy and "vanilla-eee". Don't worry if you're not a vanilla fan. There were maybe 7 other flavors to choose from. Cookies and cream, chocolate, green tea, and pistachio without nuts are a few that...

If I had the opportunity to do zero start that is what I would give this restaurant Beacuse I horrible experience there this past Friday I went with my family to catch up and there was just bad service you can see that there was no fountain drinks just Stright out of a 2 liter flat soda and they would only come by once’s in a while to check in with us and the employee that where working that day where making fun of my older sister because she didn’t know how to use chopsticks and not just that there was garbage on the floor in step on a egg that was on the floor and I didn’t realize it till my partner said something about it and as I couldn’t imagine it getting worse then what it already was I got food poisoning form eating something that was contaminated I had a hospital bill wait to get paid but won’t be able to pay it beacuse I spent 174.92 on a restaurant that not just made me sick for not checking on there food to see if they are still go I don’t recommended anyone to come here I WANT A...

I have not had a meal out this good in two years. Server/ host was lovely and explained everything. Great sense of humor as well! Two adults, a 6 year old and a 3 year old. 3 year old ate with me...she hardly eats...6 year old had classic pho broth, so good. I had Tom Yum and my husband had the Cajun. Tom yum was spicy but great. Would get that broth again. Cajun was good but Tom yum still wins. All of the hot pot ad ins were fresh and good. Refilled often. Ice cream for dessert. So good. Had sake, lemonade and tea. Total bill was $106 without tip. For a family of 4, these days, this is a great price. Was a total win with the whole family. Not a quick experience, took 1.5 hours, a social meal for sure. Kids loved it. Restrooms were lovely. Clean place. Friendly and good food. Doesn't get any better. So very pleased.

I had never been to one of these, and man was I missing out. This was such a fun experience. They have so many ingredients to choose from, and all of the broths were delicious. The waiters especially Eric was very helpful, considering this was our first time and we did not know what to expect. They gave us a step-by-step and showed us how to do everything. Even the kids had a great time cooking their own food. I met the owner Peter who was very hospitable and shared some egg rolls with us. I didn’t see them on the menu, but ask for them when you get there! Worth it! I will definitely be going back and introducing this place to more people.

This restaurant is DELICIOUS! I got the mala broth and it was really tasty. All of the food is on a buffet here so you can go up as much as you want and take whatever you desire. I loved the bean curd rolls, lotus root, beef, and pork dumplings. There were a ton of options on the buffet, and everything was accurately labeled. They also refilled things on the buffet very quickly. The entire restaurant was very clean and they filled our waters/cleared our dishes often. In the corner there was a sauce bar and an ice cream freezer to scoop your own ice cream. I will definitely be back, as it’s my favorite hot pot in the area so far!
