Shuee's Furniture & Mattress — Local services in Greencastle

We went to Shuee's because he herd great things. Mac did help us and explained lots of things for us. But I also sold appliances and I learned a lot about customer service. When I had a question about a fridge instead of him finding the answer for us I ended up calling Fridigair Customer support and finding out for my self. He did get us a good price (matched Lowe's advertised price) and accepted a 10% coupon I had for Lowe's and that was nice. I was told the fridge would be ordered and should be delivered to them on Thursday and they could deliver it that Friday. Here it is Friday over a week latter (and we are running off a mini fridge because ours crapped out) and Mac told me they should be getting our fridge sometime to day and could not deliver it for another week. (Next Thursday) I'm very upset and they don't seem to care because they have their money. Also I only live about 3 miles from the store and could not find an hour or less to get my fridge to me. I should of gone to Lowe's from the start. Over two weeks to buy and get a fridge...

My wife and I are fairly new homeowners and we went to Shuee's to purchase new kitchen appliances. We had an awesome experience. Mac took the time to show us the differences in the models then price matched everything in front of us to make sure we got the best deal possible. When they delivered and installed the appliances, they even kept the old refrigerator in the kitchen for us, so we could move the food to the new one, then came back the next day and moved it out! We recently went refrigerator shopping at Shuee's in Greencastle. They not only had a great selection, but once we'd found one we liked, they, pulled out an IPAD & searched online for the best price on that particular model- then they matched it! Without us even asking! We purchased the fridge, they delivered it & even moved our old one to the garage for us. Everyone was so nice from the salespeople to the delivery guys. Between my wonderful purchasing experience all of the local support for the community, I will NEVER go anywhere else...
