I shop occasionally at this store, and this particular day the staff were extremely disrespectful! They catered to all the other customers, except me. And when they finally did try to help me it was a, “wassup?”or “what do you need?” As I was beginning to purchase my items, the sales associate was totally focused on helping another customer that he made no conversion with me. The manager that was in charge that day simply said, “I have to make sure this project gets done.” Using this sorry excuse as a way to say her customers or certain customers are not important. I demanded a refund after putting up with this horrible service. As I was doing the refund, the sales associate threw the pen at me to sign. No apology or solution was given after all of this. Read moreOur boys saw the Buckle store and asked to go in to see the Dibs line. Aaron greeted us warmly. He showed our boys not only what was available in the store but also online. He encouraged them to try on the T shirts. Another gentleman who was working let us know the Buckle has jeans that would fit our older son too. Aaron did a well sharing about how soft they are and that complimentary hemming is included. He provided a great balance of offering helpful suggestions and ideas while giving us the space and time to decide. All three of the guys working in the store were helpful! Read moreI love this store and its why i shop at this location. Hamie is amazing. But yesterday another person was helping him take care of me. I was stopped 3 times trying to leave for 3 missed security tags and then this morning im going thru the bag and discover that the one pair of jeans primary to my visit was on my receipt for 109.50 but not in my bag and im more disheartened that no one at the store discovered and called me. Now i have to wait for them to open, hope they didn't sell to some one else and make another 20 min trip each way to go back to get them. I spent 350 dollars and my checkout was riddled with errors.
