My mother bought a kavu sak from here, got home and there was a major defect. No problem, i thought, just take it back. Not only would the actual owner not take it back but she was sooo rude. She pointed out that the receipt said final sale, my mom never saw the receipt because it was placed in the bag with the item, and she explained all that to the owner. And what good is it to see final sale on the receipt AFTER the purchase?! My mom didnt want to return it because she simply changed her mind, she loved it but the popped up zipper was aweful. A little verbal warning prior to purchase would be nice. Anyway, this is my first ever negative review ever in my life but I have shopped here once too and swore I would never go back and left it at that but after this I had to say something. Grand opening of the space was recent and I visited during Greeneville's Hop and Shop event. The new owner was very friendly and the space felt welcoming. There was soft music in the background and the space smelled really good. Overall a great/relaxing shopping experience I needed. There was a lot of interior design items and they had cloth swatches of different fabrics in case I wanted to see an item in something else....
