Took my daughter in to find a prom dress. It wasn't busy, there was one other girl trying on dresses. Theresa was supposed to "help" us. She basically ignored us. My daughter would come out with a dress on and Theresa completely ignored us when we wanted help. She did, however, have a wonderful conversation with the other girl's mother about her engagement at Disney after they had already settled on a dress and were being helped by the alterations woman. She couldn't possibly be bothered to help us even though my daughter was the only one there trying to find a dress. On the up side...the manager did try to step in and help but the damage was already done. I really appreciate her effort and kindness. That being said, we went somewhere else and were treated kindly by all employees and they were very helpful even though this place was busy. We spent more money, but were treated better and were so impressed with the dresses, the employees, the atmosphere and the experience as a whole. Will never recommend David's and am beyond disgusted as to how my daughter was treated by Theresa. I felt judged when we were more than willing to spend what it took to find the perfect dress. Awful!

I want to add that my daughter just said she felt ignored because Theresa paid no attention to us because the other girl was skinny and pretty. My daughter is beautiful and deserves as much attention and respect as anyone else! My daughter is not large in any way except her chest (not that any woman or girl should be judged by size or shape of any type). She should be ashamed that she made a girl feel awful about her...

I made an appointment with David’s bridal for 3 o’clock in the afternoon and we’re seeing the very same day. I was treated with respect. I’m very hearing family people who really wanted to make my day special! I had an issue the addresses I had purchased to Amazon Online and I got the wrong side. They are accommodating to work with me to do whatever they could to make my day special this was the Branch in Greenfield Wisconsin! Pleasant and making me feel special! Fantastic atmosphere friendly staff.! I have another appointment when my dress will be altered to my expectations. Very helpful to all situations! I give him a five stars! I highly encourage people to enter the store to purchase high quality dresses very helping people and will make a difference in your experience as you go into your new beginning on your marriage! David’s bridal was there for me for whatever it was needed. They said another appointment for me for everything to fall into place and my wedding to be a 100% total success! I stopped in with my mom last weekend on a whim to look at and try on some dresses and get a feel for what style/silhouette I’d be looking for for my upcoming wedding. We were in the store for maybe 5 minutes or so when we were approached by an associate who asked how she could help us. We told her the above, and she asked if we had an appointment, which we replied we did not, we had just decided to come in and look so we understood if it would be a little longer before we could be helped. We were told, after being looked up and down and smirked at, that we could make an appointment and come back and an associate would help us at that time. Like we really didn’t need the whole experience, we could have just tried on a few dresses by ourselves if everyone was busy (they weren’t— we were two of MAYBE 6 people total in the whole place, employees were literally standing around hanging out but I digress), but they definitely didn’t need to be so rude about it. The worst part is I saw a gown in the interim before she came over that really really LOVED and honestly could have seen myself purchasing, but didn’t catch the designer on the tag or anything and now can’t find it on the website 😭 I truly wasn’t going to leave a review but it’s been eating at me for a week and a half now so here I am. 2 stars because I have had positive experiences with David’s in the past, this just definitely...
