I have lived at greenfield village for the past four years. about a year ago, I had to transfer apartments due to health issues. the staff at greenfield village went above and beyond to help myself and my husband during the transition. a few months ago tragedy struck and my husband passed. again the staff went above and beyond the call of duty to check in on me and see if they could do anything to assist me. they were very sympathetic with my situation.

Emily and Nebby in the leasing office are fantastic. they are always more than happy to allow me to pester them (as I call it). when I call myself the "pest" they always ensure me that I am not a pest. and that they enjoy being able to catch up when I stop in.

in the four years I have lived here. I have had a great experience with the maintenance team. Randy is great. my work orders are always completed faster than I anticipate, either same day or next day in most cases.

as I began to read through some of the other reviews people have left, I became rather infuriated. none of these negative review reflect anything that I have ever experienced since moving here. I own my own business so I have customer service, and I have never received anything but excellent customer service from this staff.

I know that there are lots of residents that lived here as long as I have, if not longer. in my experience, people in this day and age don't give positive reviews as much even when they truly love the service or experience that they receive. and on the other hand, I know that you can tick one person off and they will shout it from the roof tops even when they are the one in the wrong.

I can't say enough good things about my experience living at Greenfield Village Apartments! From the moment I moved in, I was impressed by the management team, especially Nebby and Amber. They truly go above and beyond to ensure that residents feel welcomed and cared for. Brett is a stand out as the welcome addition to the front office very personable and great with any questions or tasks that you may need done right away. He jumps on it right away. He's awesome! One of the standout features of this community is how quiet and peaceful it is, making it a perfect place to unwind after a long day. The staff is incredibly friendly and always quick to respond to any maintenance requests, which gives me great peace of mind. Jon and Nick are always there with a friendly smile and ready to tackle any request you throw their way in a heartbeat. Kudos to them! As a pet owner, I absolutely love the pet-friendly atmosphere. The beautiful and well-maintained common areas provide the perfect backdrop for my furry friends to explore and enjoy. Plus, the sense of community here is unparalleled. The interactive Facebook and Instagram pages keep us connected, and the events like giveaways and decorating contests foster a strong neighborhood spirit. Oh, and I can't forget to mention the exciting food vendors coming on-site! This is such a fantastic addition that adds even more convenience and enjoyment to our living experience. Amber,Brett and Nebby, are so very awesome they are super fantastic very friendly very welcoming anytime me and my children go to the leasing they make us feel very welcomed this apartment complex is nothing like any other apartment complex that me and my children have lived in before moving to greenfield. Moving here is the best decision I have ever made, my son has epilepsy and autism none verbal and they are very understanding and very helpful super supportive and Iv never met anyone like them that makes us feel welcomed and supportive and understanding. I just renewed my lease and literally the best decision I’m glad that me and my children are staying here for another year this apartment complex is the best hands down super amazing me and my children feel very safe living here, me and my children can actually go for walks around the apartment complex and feel safe, before we moved here we never took walks but once we moved here we go for family walks now, It’s very quiet here I love being able to sit out on my balcony and I can actually enjoy sitting out on my balcony!
