Firehouse Subs Harlan Shoppes — Restaurant in Greenfield

Better bring your camping gear for this one! I’ve eaten at a couple and they are usually amazing, but we went to this one first and after rounding up, my meal was $15, which is typical to anywhere. We got our drinks and a bag of chips and set down to wait for our sandwiches, and I noticed there were several patrons standing and a lady and her child at the next table over. I asked how long she had been waiting (since there were at least three others ahead of me), and she said at least forty minutes!! We waited about twenty minutes, and she went to the counter demanding a refund, as she had been there nearly an hour. We finally gave up and asked for a refund as well, then several others followed suit. I was refunded $10.58…Not to bad I guess, considering a glass of tea and a bag of chips were $4. I wasted my lunch hour. I really doubt I will return to this particular Firehouse again. Like I said previously, they are usually excellent, but avoid the one in Greenfield unless you...

I placed and online order for the Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket sandwhich and it was TERRIBLE! I will not return to this location! They were nice and smiled to my face while giving me the least amount of meat I have ever seen on one of their sandwhiches. The toaster was broken, which wasnt a big deal until they robbed me. I couldn't even taste the meat. I paid $10 for some bread with bbq sauce on it. I want to be clear I have never had an experience this bad with Firehouse Subs. The only complaint that I had prior was that it was cold a few times (I always get the Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket). I always liked them because they were so consistent with the meat, but this location was stingy. I will not be back to this location again. Easily the worst one Ive been too. I didnt even get a call back or email on my complaint. I dont get to eat there often, and was so happy to get one of my favorite sandwiches....

I used a deal for bogo october 11th 2025. Got one med hook & ladder, an med Italian that came with a small dr pepper, and ordered a garlic bread. I felt some thing was up when I got my pickup order was ready but I had to ask for my drink.

I got home to find that we got two Italian sandwiches instead with no garlic bread. Called the store and they only wrote down the garlic bread was missing. Got my first name and ended the call.

I went In today 10/13/25 to get my sandwich fixed. The manager put my order in. I get outside and no garlic bread still. Manger told me the person that made my sandwich was confused and made it garlic bread fir the sandwich. I checked it and it is just normal white bread and soggy as he'll.

Seems this store has went down hill since I ordered last year. Not sure if the employees don't care or are not trained well. Next time I will go to Penn Station, Subway, or...
