Been trying to get in touch with them via email since mother's day. The email keeps being sent back undeliverable. Asked for a different email got the same email. My girls bought me a stanley like cup for mother's day that has a saying on it we have been saying since they were babies. Anyway mothers day comes I open the gift and love it but the top is shattered. The kids went to exchange it and were literally told oh well, that's sucks is what I believer the manager said. So I decided to reach out to the company since the seller obviously won't do anything. Went to the chat. The chat sends me the email the email comes back as undeliverable and can't get a hold of anyone. The phone number just rings and rings and rings. So I have this amazing cup that I'd love to use but can't because the top is in pieces and now I have glorified $35.00 paper weight and pen cup. Read moreI have to say I feel a bit better seeing that I'm not the only person to have such a horrible experience with this company. One of their salespeople started emailing me multiple sales emails each week. These were super generic, nothing personal, sales emails with promotional flyers attached.
I have never heard of this company and never reached out to them so I'm not sure how they got my information to start with.
The salesperson told me repeatedly (5 times I asked) that they would take me off of the sales email list. I've asked 5 times and been told 5 times and yet I still get the emails. He called me and left a voicemail and said he wanted to apologize over the phone. Just a few days later I received ANOTHER sales email.
I called their main office, explained my situation and was transferred to his supervisor. I left a voicemail 2 days ago and have heard nothing since then. I have a bad feeling that I'll be getting another email any day now.

I immediately tried calling to figure this out and was constantly put on hold and refused to talk to me. 47 ATTEMPTS! i have since contacted my bank and just filed fraudulent charges with my state police and am now taking this report to the FBI. I have never purchased anything with this company and i advise anyone interested to run away as fast as possible. It doesn't matter if this was a mistake or not.
