I used to love this store but ordering online has been a nightmare. My table has gotten delayed so many times and I was told I couldn’t cancel my order. It’s been over a month and no one gives me a straight answer on when my table is supposed to arrive. I’ve also emailed customer service but they take days to reply and just stop replying to my questions. I initially was told my table would arrive weeks ago.
Update: I recently cancelled my order. When I called customer service they told me it would be 12-15 business days longer. Sorry. This is the 4th time I’ve been told this. I feel lied to.
