I want to give a huge thanks to Amy and Dr. Ramey for their kindness and professionalism today. At 7:00 a.m. they were cheerful and attentive to me and I appreciate it.

The week before I had broken a tooth by flossing😅. Who'd have thought! The 40 year old filling was slated to be replaced in a few weeks, but I came in sooner due to the breakage.

I was certain there would be an infection and a much bigger problem. Far from it! Dr. Ramey explained that the breakage just made his job easier. He always explains what he does as he administer a Novocaine, drills and applies the filling. I appreciate his way of doing things.

I was back in my car before the hour was up and am now sharing this review.

Amy, my technician, was so kind and thoughtful. Neither of them seemed to mind that I was a nervous chicken at my age (60).

I highly recommend Greensboro Dental Associates for routine dental care and anything more urgent. The staff there are all considerate and professional.

I want to give a huge thank you to the staff at Greensboro Dental Associates! The kind and caring staff made my cavity refilling pleasant and enjoyable. I was nervous and reluctant and they were so good to me. It didn't hurt nearly as much as I believed it would. They are funny as well as compassionate! Thank you!

Today was my first visit to Greensboro Dental Associates. Everyone I encountered was really friendly. The office was clean and smelt excellent! I was given the cost of my treatment plan up front. Amy helped calm my nerves and answered all my questions. I would like to wish her a happy early birthday! Dr. Cahill was easy to converse and laugh with. She provided me with a cost-effective plans and she answered all of my inquiries. She saw how crucial it is for me to stop feeling pain and maintain my smile😊. I am excited to come here for my dental requirements as a client.

Update: I returned 09/26 for full dental X-rays and a cleaning. I had a wonderful experience thanks to Brenda. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. We had the best conversation! She made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my appointment. I highly recommend this dental office for their excellent service and friendly staff.

Update 12/9/24: Dr. Cahill and Amy were amazing today! They made getting a crown a breeze. Dr. Cahill was very gentle and explained everything clearly. I have been coming to this location since the 1980s for my dental needs. It has always been a wonderful experience, but now it seems to have gotten even more wonderful! Today Kayla made fittings to make me a personalized Nightgard. ( I'm a clincher. I clinch my teeth together when I'm driving or cooking or riding my recumbent bike, which has led to my jaw popping and sometimes locking.) My hygienist, Heather, and Dr. Ramey suggested this "made-to fit only me" device to help my clinching. Kayla did the actual forming/molding of the device today. She's a jewel. Dr.Ramey checked it for precision. Heather is wonderful, knowledgable funny and personal. In all my years coming here, I have never missed my 6 month cleanings and regular X-rays. Such a relaxing experience, great conversations and PERSONALITY! The reception office ladies are supreme. Perky and so knowledgeable. My two 92-year-old parents also come to this office for their dental appointments. It's like a treat when it's time to go to the dentist! And all their office plants are thriving!
