Disappointed in our first visit to this location. Several in our party had dined at a Cheddar's before, so we were looking forward to a great experience. Unfortunately, several issues marred our visit. Our server was friendly and attentive, but it still took over a hour for our simple lunch choices arrived. When our food finally arrived, we realized we had never been given flatware and had to catch someone to ask and then wait while she trekked across the building to get it. Then we found a long hair lying across one salad (which our server replaced). Part of my lunch combo was not brought with the rest of the food, which I indicated to the staff members who brought the dishes, they said they'd take care of it, but never returned. So I had to ask our server who went and got it, but failed to bring a spoon, so another wait while she had to go fetch one. To our server's credit, she did comp the entire meal that had the hair. After leaving, another in our party said his food was barely warm, but he opted not to say anything because he didn't want to add any more frustration to the afternoon. During this pandemic time this store is trying to maintain sanitary conditions. I believe in wearing masks but the staff are wearing masks. It has been lifted that people coming into the store have to be masked.. but still needs to maintain social distancing.. I enjoy going in this store you are able to find the specialty groceries .. the meat department, the deli department and the bakery department are just wonderful!!! This place is my favorite place to shop but sometimes one or two employees seems to busy to help a customer. On the other hand, the others makes up the lack. I especially love the bakery section. The option are nice and the freshiness of fresh food are good. For healthy food they are good. They always keep a rather clean store and restroom. Their choices are plenty and stock are great.
